When I asked for a receipt, required in order to have my company cover expenses, I was told that they had not been paid by me so they could not give me a receipt and that I should ask BOOKING for one. I have been travelling for years, very often using BOOKING, but this is the first time I was refused to getting a receipt. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. After BOOKING's interference the property finally issued and sent me a receipt but this was several days later (next month) so I could not be compensated by my company. In short I lost a little more than 200 EURO due to their unacceptable conduct. I suggest keeping away form this property.
