Das Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung inklusive Kühlschrank (sehr klein) was uns bei unseren Tagesausflügen sehr entgegen kam um Getränke im Vorfeld kühl zu halten. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Das Bad war mit Duschgel und Seifenspendern ausgestattet und das Toilettenpapier wie auch die Reinigungstücher wurden täglich (nach Bedarf) aufgefüllt.

Die fehlende Möglichkeit seine Wäsche dort zu waschen und zu trocknen. Wir waren 11 Tage als 4-köpfige Familie dort und da fällt einiges an Wäsche an. Das Frühstück war etwas einseitig, dennoch war es gut.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel and our room was very clean!! Bed was comfortable! Coffee in the lobby was perfect!

Guests smoking near the front entrance; you have to walk through the smoke just to enter the hotel. As a parent, this is not good for my child. The hotel should ask the guests to walk farther away from the front entrance.

It was new and updated the room was clean and nice and cozy

The only problem is that when I take off the top sheets I saw a long piece of hair which made me think twice about the sheets

The breakfast was nice, coffee was good and since I'm IHG member I'm able to get a late check out.

I did not like that I could not stream or connect my phone to the tv to get work done. The staff was aware that the feature wasn't working the Friday 3/15/24 prior to my reservations. I stayed 3/17/24-3/21/24, 1 had to extend 2 days and the last day I asked front desk about the issue and a woman whom I'm assuming was a manager stated the issue was fixed and it was not. I am so disappointed with the hotel being dishonest with me. They were supposed to send a technician to my room but never did. Aside from that issue, The General manager was nice and he allowed me to stay in my same room because I had booked another night for a King bed but I was in a room that had 2 beds. I just had to much stuff to move and I appreciate that. I also didn't like that my vehicle could not fit in the garage, I drive Nissan Pathfinder and had to park on the street but it was in front of the hotel and I was gracious for that.

I was obsessed with how comfortable the bed was!!! It felt like a cloud. Unfortunately, the pillows felt a bit too soft but overall it was extremely needed to sleep on such an amazing bed. I loved that there were water fountains to fill up water bottles. I loved how quick check-in was.

I did not like the garage set-up! I was charged $30 for parking in an underground tight cage. We couldn't get out until the front desk was contacted to open the gate. Just ridiculous. Why isn't there a motion sensor that opens that gate? I didn't like that the front desk guy questioned me about adding another name to the room. He said it wasn't necessary. I've never heard of that from a hotel. The breakfast area could have been more sanitary! There were no tongs to pick up muffins so I assume guests used their hands.

Beautiful clean and elegant. The hotel was so beautiful clean and comfortable. I only stayed for one night and I will be returning. The staff are super kind, sweet and friendly.

Новый чистый отель, в номере есть все необходимое, утюг, доска, фен, сейф. Чай/кофе можно получить в лобби 24/7. С утра предлагают завтрак, вполне сытный.

Очень высокая слышимость в номере. Номер 604 - угловой на последнем этаже, слышно соседей и пожарную лестницу. Также не понравилось, что кто-то где-то курит "вещества" и этот запах по вентиляции приходит ко мне в номер.

Les petits déjeuners sont plutôt corrects. J'aurai apprécié un peu plus de choix. La salle de bain était assez spacieuse et confortable. Remplacement quotidien des serviettes de toilette. Chambre très propre. Télévision format XXL.

Manque de place parfois au petit déjeuner. On entend assez la rocade à proximité. Isolation peut-être un peu juste.

Localização boa, muito perto das luzes de Natal e a uma distância a pé do metrô. Atenciosidade da funcionária Malika, sempre com um sorriso e disposta a ajudar. Funcionários da limpeza e da reposição do café da manhã também muito educados e solícitos. Camas confortáveis e roupa de cama cheirosa.

Motorista Ismael (Izzie) indicado pelo hotel cobrou o dobro do preço combinado depois que entramos no carro dele. Inventou uma taxa de 40 dólares por hora de espera, que nunca mencionou nas nossas conversas pelo whatsapp para acertar o serviço e uma corrida acertada para 90 dólares virou uma corrida de 170 dólares. Depois de muita reclamação, ele devolveu 70 dólares e deixou a corrida por 100 dólares. Não recomendo. Dormimos a primeira noite num quarto para duas pessoas (meus dois filhos dormiram no chão desse quarto minúsculo) porque o hotel estava lotado e nosso quarto quádruplo foi dado para um casal que pediu upgrade no check-in sem o funcionário da recepção observar que já estava reservado. O hotel nos reembolsou essa diária, mas para chegarmos ao reembolso tivemos vários aborrecimentos na recepção do hotel porque aparentemente os funcionários não repassam as informações entre eles e nada fica anotado no sistema interno. Na véspera da minha saída, depois de passar 14 dias sem a confirmação de que o reembolso teria sido de fato efetuado, o gerente foi descortês comigo. Fiquei bastante decepcionada com o tratamento por parte da gerência do hotel.
