Frühstück war unten im Restaurant und hatte nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Daher kann ich hierzu keine Bewertung abgeben.
Der Zustand der Wohnung war schlecht, die Bilder auf booking sind viel besser, als die Wohnung in Wirklichkeit ist, im Bad war Schimmel, dass geht gar nicht. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war nicht fest montiert. Es gab noch so einige Dinge, die einfach nicht in Ordnung sind.
Wir waren schon in so vielen Airbnbs und Hotels, dabei dieses Mal war es ein Reinfall. Nächstes mal buchen wir wieder über Airbnb.
Ca. 5 Tage nach uns kamen sehr viele Jugendgruppen und diese waren jede Nacht bis 5 Uhr morgens am feiern, sehr zu unserem Bedauern, da wir 2 kleine Kinder dabei hatten.
Ebenfalls am Pool war es dann leider nicht toll, die Jugendgruppen haben geraucht und die Zigaretten einfach liegen gelassen und sehr laut Musik gehört.
Sehr sehr schade, denn es sah so vielversprechend über die booking Seite aus.

Excellent facilities, modern, good WiFi and TV setup. Nice cafe downstairs for breakfast and snacks. Friendly staff at the front desk.Well located beside a new shopping centre and 5 minutes walk to the Valetta ferry terminal.
Roof pool was good to have but quite small and became busy in the afternoons with lots of teenagers.

Lokalizacja hotelu super, wszędzie blisko. Hotel bardzo ładnie urządzony, czysty, możliwość prania sobie ubrań i wymiana ręczników super. Obsługa miła, w razie pytań zawsze chętnie odpowiadali. Spokojnie można pytać o papier toaletowy czy mydło w płynie, można pożyczyć żelazko, suszarkę do ubrań, w piwnicy także była suszarka bębnowa. Duże i wygodne łóżka, pokój bardzo przestronny, miła atmosfera. Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu.
Jedynie widok z balkonu. W naszym przypadku widok mieliśmy na balkony innych pensjonariuszy. Jednak nie liczyliśmy na widok morza czy plaży, więc to raczej neutralne dla nas. W każdym razie komuś innemu mogło się nie spodobać :)

Considering the standards of Malta I was impressed by this property. It was clean and especially warm (no humidity) and quiet (no noises from construction workers outside)

You can hear everything through the walls, there is no sound isolation.
A place to hang a coat and leave outdoor shoes would be nice. A coffee table in living room area was really missed.

The location was ok, and the apartment was spacious.
What they do not tell you at time of booking is that you need to pay a 200 euros deposit if you want to check in. You will need to leave them all your confidential bank information, and there is no other option. They are suppose to realease them after you check out but turns out they didnt for weeks, kept telling me they should be released in a few days, after a month of back and forth and much help from my bank managed to get the deposit back.
There was so many sounds all the time that you can't place where they are coming from.

La ubicación es perfecta, en el corazón de Sliema a menos de un minuto de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, supermercados. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene de todo (ketel, horno, microondas, tostadora, nevera grande, utensilios de cocina...El aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección hay dos aparatos uno en el salón y otro en la habitación. El personal de recepción es súper amable en especial las dos chicas (una francesa y otra ucraniana) son un encanto. En general me ha gustado todo y nos hemos sentido como en casa literalmente.

The bed was really bad, it was noisy & not comfortable.
Te other side of the mattress was totally broken.
The wooden sink holder definitely need to be replaced the water simply ruined the wood.
Something common to most of the properties in Sliema is that they don’t see sun, as buildings are close to each other. For me, as am coming from freezing, sunless Amsterdam who wants to work remotely it wasn’t the best option as I had to work from coffee places were I am exposed to more sin through out the day.

Bagno con finestra e vasca, acqua caldissima.
Il fatto che nessuno dello staff parlasse l'italiano, salve il taxista Peter.
Condizionatore rotto, non si spengeva, dopo vari tentativi è stato disattivato, tutto bene.

Great location in Silema with access to an upmarket shopping mall, all the waterfront bars and restaurants and also 5min walk to the ferry terminal to Valetta.
The room was very spacious. Big comfortable bed. Modern kitchen and lounge. Fully air conditioned! Also a self service free laundry on the basement floor was a nice extra touch.
Our room unfortunately had some water damage in a corner causing the wallpaper to slowly be splintering/flaking off. In saying this - sometimes stuff like this occurs (room was big enough to look past this) and when we told reception they were very forthcoming to get it fixed.

Great location, really friendly staff. Was a mix up with our room - we were put in the wrong one and had to move - but was an easy fix. Did notice some difference in the supplies given (less utensils and no kitchen towels) in the second room but anything we asked for was supplied by reception! Will definitely keep in mind if returning to Malta

El apartamento está limpio y es espacioso, tiene todos los utensilios que se pueden necesitar en cocina, aunque nosotros no le hemos dado uso.
Hay sitio para aparcar en los alrededores y estás en la calle paralela al paseo marítimo.
Hay mucha independencia de entrada y salida, mediante códigos.
Las camas son blanditas, pero a nosotros nos resultaron cómodas.
Sería perfecto para 4 personas, ya que el sofá cama es amplio y cómodo.
La habitación da a un patio interior en el que se escucha a todos los vecinos... Aún así, al menos en el mes de octubre, no ha habido mucho ruido. Ahora bien, si eres sensible al ruido, te aconsejo unos tapones.

Conveniently situated for supermarkets (2) shops beach and ferries to Valletta and Gozo. Pool good and still open for the glorious October weather plus roof terrace.

Perfect location, nice and friendly staff, great to have a rooftop pool, apartment spacious and clean. Easy to get to Valletta from Sliema, by regular ferries.
Given the price, regular cleaning and towel changes should be provided. Unfortunately, this establishment is collecting the EUR 200 deposit in a way that breaches GDPR rules. We thought we had fallen for a scam, fortunately, this has been resolved.

Localização óptima, funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar. Não tínhamos adaptadores para as tomadas mas na receção emprestaram. No check out não havia ninguém na receção para nos devolver o dinheiro do depósito dos adaptadores mas resolveram logo enviando por Revolut. O apartamento estava limpo. Adoramos tudo!

No view of the water at all and facilities were very basic. ACs we’re not working properly the first two days and lot of problems were there. Lift broke down couple of times.

Very central location
Sliema suites are a base for Education First which is an international language school therefore the whole building has lots of young people and parties of young people living their best lives mostly at 3:30 in the morning! There is no one on reception and every night of our 10 day stay, we were woke up by shouting,loud conversations, and general drunken behaviour. This is fine if you are aware of this when you book but I would never have stayed in such a place. When I emailed Paula and said that I felt we’d been misled- however they were unhelpful.

Lovely apartment complex. Apartment was very spacious. Very modern all you needed. Pool area immaculate, lots of sun beds. Nice pool. Short walk to everything you needed. Ferries trips etc. Valetta stunning as was Mdina. Did lots of stuff including harbour cruise on hop on off buses. Food in every restaurant was amazing. Would definitely go back. St Julian’s beach also worth a visit.
Lift broke on last day. 5th floor. But no other concerns
