The Villa was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked minus coffee. Bring your own coffee. There’s also pool floats in the storage closet on balcony that we discovered. My favorite part was the shower in the downstairs room. It was so nice after a long day at the beach. The Villa is right next to the public beach parking, so you can just walk to Coligny Plaza and starlight to the beach. Very convenient to everything. I also felt very safe staying there. Instructions on how to get to the Villa were not really provided. I would have appreciated a little more info. The actual address is located in the guest book that you receive via text message or email when you check-in at their office. Also, the unit number corresponds with the levels. So, 400 would be fourth floor and numbers go from least to greatest/left to right. Lastly, I went thinking we’d be able to rent chairs and umbrellas, but you can only do that if you stay at least three nights which they did not inform us of ahead of time. Overall would stay again just because it was so convenient to the beach and we didn’t have it drive and get the car dirty.

The property is very clean and decorated nicely. Loved the location. You can walk to every thing. Pool is nice size and the ocean is a short walk. Property managers check on you frequently to make sure everything is going well. Would stay again.

The property was just as described. Had everything you would need in a stay and was extremely clean. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Place was excellent, in great condition. Very comfortable beds and spacious for a villa. Kitchen well stocked with quality equipment. Convenient to beach and shops. Exactly what we needed. Pool was great for the times we didn’t want to venture to the beach. Parking was a bit tight for SUVs and the property is a mix of rentals and residents. Several of the residents were outspoken about tourists which is unfortunate. I’d stay there again but hopefully at a better price point considering my last minute booking over the holiday week.

Gorgeous condo! Plenty of room, recently updated, near coligny beach and plaza. We loved our stay and would return! Only feedback is out of owners control; the pool is next to an unfenced pond which had alligators in them so we didn’t feel comfortable enjoying that amenity.
