This property is a Gem. Very clean had everything we needed and the location is wonderful. So comfortable just like home will book again for sure.

Needs some cleaning and updating. Single bedroom needs a new bed and ceiling fan. Fan was so loud and bed was so hard and felt like the bed frame was going to fall apart. The bathroom shower accommodates people that are 5 feet tall and shorter. Needs a major deep clean through out the house. Couch should be steamed cleaned smells terrible. Disappointed especially for the very high price we paid. Location was great

San Luis Rey Sanctuary is the complete package! In between the Beach & the Bay it offers the perfect location for what ever is on your list of fun. The upstairs unit is beautifully beachy and cozy with a wonderfully appointed kitchen, a comfy sofa to lounge on and a covered patio to sip and snack well into the evening…..Come and enjoy this fabulous SoCal experience!!

We loved being close to two different beaches! We had the ocean side and the bay side within walking distance. If you are a very light sleeper be prepared for the commercial airplanes flying over head from 6am-11pm. Street parking was challenging for our guests but having a 2 car garage really helped tremendously. The neighbors were having brick pavers installed the first few days and were blocking us from getting into the garage but moved when asked. Also it’s a very large garage compared to other places we have stayed in Mission Beach. The unit is very spacious. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogies boards! The only thing I would add is a larger cooler on wheels. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was a nice, clean, and roomy 2 bedroom house. The Murphy bed worked great for extra sleeping space. Beds were comfy too. Location was wonderful. Ocean front is always a plus for us but this house was in the middle between the ocean and bay so you had good choices on either with beaches on both sides. Very close to the zoo and seaworld too. Would stay there again and recommend it. Fun fun fun

Our family vacations to the beach have always been in Oceanside Ca… this year we decided to change it up and stay somewhere different. We were happy with our choice. The property was awesome and location was perfect. Had all the conveniences of home and loved having the garage.for parking.

Most comfortable beds ever! Master shower has two shower heads. Tons of beach items…towels, umbrella, boogie boards. Brand new grill. Gas oven. Covered patio with comfort outdoor couch/seat. Short walk to the beach, volleyball, and entertainment. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house!!

Having never been to San Diego, we were taking a shot in the dark with the area and condo itself. I must say we made the best choice! Loved the location! Close to all the tourist attractions, the beach, and the bay! Quiet neighborhood! Felt like home! Loved our time here as a family of four!

Perfect for our family. This property had everything we needed. The beach gear was was great. My teens loved boogie boarding.

Had everything we needed. We hung out mainly on the Bay side but our morning routine was to walk North along the bay, cross over near Belmont park and walk back on the beach side. Dogs are allowed morning and evening on the beaches so lots of dogs out that time of day. 710 was easy to work with. Overall would recommend!

We have rented with 710 many times. They are professional and everything is very organized. They are the best!

Home is conveniently located and spacious, with small lanai type deck with an awning to relax. It fit our family of 5 well, with large great room and kitchen where we spent most of our evenings. We spent our days mainly on the bay side beach which was a short stroll away, but took some morning walks up and down both the bayside and beachside boardwalks. Neighborhood was quiet after 8pm which we appreciated. Overall would definitely stay here again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We felt overall this was a good property. The beds and the linens were very comfortable. There was lots of hot water. The location was close to the bay and walking distance to the beach. The bay was clean and very quiet while the beach was very busy( which I’m sure is normal). The area the house is at was very crowded. Anything bigger than a mid sized car will have problems getting in and out of the garage and neighborhood. It, however, was very quite and felt Safe. The kitchen had lots of pans and silverware, but could have been stocked better on other items, such as bowls, crockpots, RAGS for the kitchen and cleaning supplies. The house came with air conditioning, which was nice but the master bath and front bedroom were extremely cold while the rest of the house struggled to cool down. Because it’s an upstairs unit, it is hard to get all your luggage upstairs ( just something to think about. ) The house was nice but just had an older vibe to it. Make sure to bring some extension cords because the outlets were in awkward positions or hard to get to. A lot of these things cannot be changed and we get that, these are just things we would have liked to know. Things we wish we would have had there: Apple TV or someway to stream from the tv. Better vacuum Plastic wrap, ziplock type items Crockpot Extension cords Mixing bowls Larger tubber ware Recommendations of places to eat and shop Recommendations for places to rent beach items The staff was absolutely incredible and anytime We needed something they were more than happy to help right away. We would stay there again now knowing these things and what we needed to bring. The provided 4 really nice beach chairs and 4 new boogie boards as well.

Pros: Very close to beaches, not far to drive to most main attractions. The house was a great size and set up for our family. Cons: Neighbors don't care for renters which limited our use of the great outdoor space, it was not worth dealing with their rudeness. One night they blocked off the street in front of the rental and had a party in the street, we had to close all of the doors to keep the noise at bay and could only leave through the back ally. In general the neighbors who lived around the rental gave a very unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe. 710 property managers were empathetic but they really can't do anything about people who live in the neighborhood. If I returned to this area I would not rent this particular house again due to the neighbors. It did put a damper on our trip.

And great accommodation. Stay there for a week with daughter, son in law, and 11 year old granddaughter. Wonderful having a parking garage. We had a slight problem, called the management company and they got right back to us and everything was taken care of. Easy walk to two beaches, one for sunrise, other for the sunset. Spacious and well decorated condo. Perfect location - super easy walk to the beach or the bay. Favorite part was the porch! Sat outside there almost all day and great neighbors around us. Would definitely rent again!

This rental was better than expected and comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. It was completely perfect and then some. The sun deck was amazing and the private garage was a convenient surprise. Everything about this rental was better than expected! We won't hesitate to return here in the future!

We had an awesome stay. The beach house was perfect. We loved the layout and the spent a lot of time on the deck especially in the mornings for coffee and using the BBQ for supper. Access to the beach was great. We were close enough to simply walk to the beach, market and coffee shop yet far enough where it was quiet and cozy in the mornings and the evenings. We would totally go back. The house had everything we needed and having a garage was awesome.

We had a lovely time at 808sanluisrey home. The condo was so close to the bay which was great for our kids! The home accommodated our large family well. The only issue we had was the garage which was our fault. We brought a mini van and a truck and unfortunately the minivan didn’t fit so be sure you really measure your cars- left side of the garage is longer than the right side. But we were lucky to find street parking and moved it for street cleaning. The condos master bedroom was great! Shower had 2 heads! Washer n drawer was a life saver! Thanks again for letting us rent this great beach home.

Everything you ask for a rental home. Tons of extras that you would think that would not be included. Beach toys, chairs, tents. Plus everything you would need to make your own meals. I would be staying in this home again.

Our family of 5, with 3 small kids, stayed there during Spring break 2018. Overall, the condo is clean and nice. Having a garage is for sure a plus for this area. The bathrooms have sufficient towels and the kitchen has a lot of utensils, pots, etc. All appliances were working just fine; just some outlets in the kitchen may have been disconnected. The bedrooms have ample drawers and closets to store clothes too. Access to the beach is very good too - just 5 minute walk crossing the street. The condo (an upstairs unit) has AC/heating with the two units' AC machines hanging outside of the house very close to the smallest bedroom. We would turn off the AC at night, not really needed at this time of the year. However, when the downstairs neighbor had the AC running at night, the noise in the small room was very loud for a long time, so we ended up leaving that bedroom for storage and sleeping all in the master bedroom, which has two queen beds. Given the situation of the condo closer to the airport, there's airplane noise frequently during the day. At night there aren't so many flights in general and one gets used to it too.

The home is beautiful and very welcoming. It has all of your essentials to cook. The homes location is close to the bay and ocean. You are also close to May restaurants and only a 15 min drive to sea world and San Diego zoo. I hope to return next year.

My husband and I along with our 2 kids 15 and 20 stayed at this rental April 14 till the 23rd. We had a lovely experience. There was everything you need except food which was so easy to shop for. There's a great grocery store called sprouts 10 minutes away and a smaller store walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable. We hosted Easter and had a wonderful time with family we were visiting. The beach and the bay are very close. A half a block to the bay and a block to the beach. You can watch the sunrise on the bay side and the sunset on the beach. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. Thank you
