Awesome Home!! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Anything you made need for a meal is available in the kitchen. Gorgeous backyard and pool. Straight down the road from Coligny and an easy & short 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family LOVED this house and we hope to visit again soon. Betsy is wonderful to do busy with. Top notch owner and rental!!!

We rented this property for a family beach vacation. It was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and convenient to the beach which was not crowded. The back yard area and pool were beautiful and we all enjoyed cooking off after a day on the beach back there. Short walk or bike ride to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The house itself was great and looked just like the pictures. The pool area was sooo nice and relaxing. We would definitely love to come back and stay again.

Our family stayed here for the week of our son’s wedding. The house was beautifully decorated and appointed. The shady pool area, fire pit and garage rec room gave us many place to gather and have fun. We loved the Coligny Beach area. The walk to the wide beach was short and the bike trails to dining and shopping were so convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this house and location very much! From the initial message from Betsy at booking to when I needed something during our stay, Betsy was so kind. Having beach chairs and boards to use was so nice. Beds were comfortable for everyone. We rented bikes and had them delivered to the house. So glad we did, can bike anywhere and it gave my teenagers some freedom to check things out. And the backyard was a great place to hang out.

Walking distance to beach and even Coligny Plaza. Pool was heated and perfect for the kids. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cart. We have already recommended this house to friends. We hope to come back soon.

Property was absolutely perfect for our golf get away! We had (2) foursomes and everyone loved the place, the pool and the layout was awesome. We WILL be back next year!

The home proved to be in a very quiet location within easy walking distance to the beach. Proximity to Coligny and the grocery store was also a huge plus. Two of our kids enjoyed the extra space above the garage and we all enjoyed the ping pong table. Although the pool heater had a bit of a hiccup initially, it was quickly resolved so the pool could be enjoyed the whole week. The only suggestions I would have are with regards to the kitchen and one pool item. I love to cook, so we ate in 5 of 7 nights. The kitchen seriously needs small bowls (none provided) and kitchen towels (2-3 provided) when cooking and cleaning up for 7 people. I wouldn’t have noticed if we weren’t making meals at the house though, so not a big deal for everyone. The pool loungers are in no way comfortable. Even though it was a bit cool, I would have loved to lounge on a chair and read a book, but I could only sit about 10 minutes. It’s probably difficult to find furniture that’s both comfortable and hardy enough to last at a short-term vacation rental, but maybe some lounger cushions could be considered as a compromise. Overall, we really enjoyed our time. This home allowed us to have the Hilton Head experience we’ve enjoyed in the past and makes us want to return to the North Forest Beach area.

Our stay was excellent. A quick walk to a beautiful beach, peaceful walks along the treelined path on North Forest Beach Rd, less than a mile from anything you want or need. Enjoyable fenced yard for our pups with a heated pool for ourselves. The house was perfect for our group with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a cozy kitchen, living room and sun porch. Such an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at 18 Pelican. We have been traveling to HH for many years but it was our first time staying near Coligny. It was amazing being able to do a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. The quick walk to the beach was perfect with all the kiddos under 3 years old! The house was very clean and the set up was great for our 3 families. Loved being on a culdesac so kids could safely ride bikes. We had the pool heated and it felt great even with chilly outdoor weather at times. Pet friendly was a plus. Betsy was amazing to communicate with during our trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with so much to offer and under 10 minutes to the beach, kids parks, a ton of restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here for any size group.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The above garage room was perfect for the kids to stay in. The hosts have a lot of games and every beach item you need in the garage. It was awesome being able to use the pool in December, and it was nicely heated (which we paid for which was not very expensive). It was very clean for the most part and much cleaner than the average rental I have stayed in. The kitchen and dining room were big enough for our party of 10 people. The host and property manager were extremely quick to respond with any questions. Communication is huge and they did a great job. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we could need. There is a fenced yard in back where the pool is so that helped keep the kids contained as well. It was a big piece of property so a lot of room to run around. They also had every possible streaming service you would need to keep everyone happy or watch whatever you wanted. We would love to come back and stay here again! I was so pleased with our stay and so happy everyone had a great time!!

Great property wish we had more time. Beach is a short walk and beautiful. House was clean and set up nicely. We will be back. But won’t drive! 4 days driving on a 7 day vacation!

Loved our 2 week visit here. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The fenced in area was great for our dog. It was an easy walk to the beach. And the home was equipped with everything you’d want to take with you: beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella -/ even a cart to wheel it all to the beach. Shopping and restaurants at Coligny was an easy bike ride or even walk away. The separate bedroom above the garage was great for an escape from the hub bub of the main house for grown-ups that needed to do some remote work. All in all a great place to enjoy Hilton Head.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great at communication and when an issue came up she responded quickly and resolved everything. We loved how close we were to the beach. An easy walk to get there. The apartment above the garage allowed everyone to have their own space and not feel on top of one another. Would definitely recommend and would stay here gain.

Property was great and in a nice area. Home was nice, clean, everything as advertised. Layout was great for our families. Close walk to the beach. Large beach area was not overcrowded. Nice area for riding bikes and walking. Close proximity to Coligny Plaza. Working with owner was great as well. Betty was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Myself, 3 adult daughters, 1adult son ,son in law , 2 young adult grandchildren and 2 children were in Hilton Head for Great grandchild christening. The house was perfect just beautiful and fully equipped. Pool and beach. Couldn’t ask for more!!! We had the most relaxed and enjoyable time. Plan on returning!!5⭐️

Typically we stay in the Sea Pines area or Palmetto Dunes, but this year we really enjoyed the N Forest Beach area and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! The beach was much less crowded and it's a very short easy walk from the home. The beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool every day after the beach.

My family really enjoyed this house. The location was great and truly an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We were even able to enjoy seeing July 4th fireworks from the beach! The pool was in great, like new condition as was the rest of the house. The layout was open and airy with plenty of room to be comfortable in. I definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

It’s not easy to find multiple, comfortable king beds and enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space without a very hefty price tag. This place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location! Easy access to beach, walking distance to a number of places and only a short drive to various restaurants and marinas where we went fishing. Betsy is super nice and really responsive.

This house was super close to the beach (which was beautiful). The host made us feel welcome from the moment we booked our stay. She was extremely accommodating and gave us many many advice and tips on places to go and places to eat. The house it self was excellent. The pool was lovely and the accommodation for 12 people was perfect. Being so close to the shopping area and being able to access restaurants so close was definitely a plus point. Would recommend this place to anyone who really wants to enjoy a perfect relaxing and fun stay in Hilton Head.

BEST LOCATION, SPOTLESS- N. Forest beach home. Everything was perfect and pictures do not do it justice. There were 5 of us and 2 dogs, ALL had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. House is light, bright, extremely clean and open with plenty of seating and space. Beautiful 3 min walk to the beach with a great supply of beach toys/cooler/cart/chairs/towels etc., Has to be the BEST expansive beach in Hilton Head. We had a great time in the brand new game room playing ping pong and fuse ball! Owner was incredibly gracious and responded with great local information for bikes/dining and care for our dogs. awe enjoyed meeting the neighbors around the house as well- all wonderful and welcoming. The beds are so comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you could ever need to cook and enjoy your vacation. We really enjoyed the beautiful treelined fenced backyard (great for the dogs) and the pool was clean and lovely. We will ALWAYS rent this house when we return to HH. Can’t beat how close it is to the beach. There is tons of space to move around. The game room in the garage was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio in back was amazing! The owner is amazing to work with. I can’t say enough great things about the owner and the property. Definitely 5-Star!!!
