Great property that accommodated family from age 25 to 85. Located close to fun restaurants and beach area. Nice outdoor area to enjoy CA sunshine. Would definitely stay again.

House was good, however, back door lock was broken. I messaged the host but never had a response.onky thing that was concerning

Great for a large group. We had multiple families for a reunion. Parking is an issue. Only two parking spots and no street parking (permit required). Construction going on right next door. New house being built. Loud equipment starts up at 7am. Something to be aware of. Extremely loud. Not something people can sleep through. Also, if you want to relax in the back yard, the noise persists all day.

Really cool place with a lot of space and a lovely backyard.

We stayed here for my son's college graduation with 7 members of our family. In our group, we had 4 adults and three teenagers (16-boy, 18-girl, and 19-boy.) It was the perfect set-up -- a room and bathroom for two sets of parents, my daughter, and the two boys who shared so everyone had some privacy. The guest house was a nice bonus for my husband and me! Very modern, lots of natural light, beautiful landscaping, and super clean. We loved the surrounding neighborhood and took several walks during the time we were there including to CVS which was an easy 1-mile walk. Even though it's only a block off a major street, we never felt unsafe or heard any noise. The neighborhood is actually very quiet! The washer and dryer were convenient and the patio was lovely with the cooler temperatures. It was an easy 15-20 minutes to the UCLA campus, a few minutes to Venice and Marina del Rey, easy access to the 405, and a few minutes from LAX. Great middle-ground location! The only "issue" we had was some new build construction next door for a few hours on Monday morning, but it only lasted about 4 hours, so it was fine. The whole house was well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. Mason, the host, was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if the need arises!

This was a very nice house that has been rehabbed. It was large enough to fit our group of 10. Lots of modern technology. Garage has been turned into living space. Expensive but it’s LA. I would like to give it a five star but just can’t. The cleaning was just subpar. Lots of cigarettes butts outside in plant pots and on deck and side of house. A dirty diaper in the window. And the trash cans were overflowing the day we got there and the garbage truck wasn’t coming till we left.
