An actual hot breakfast like the one served here every morning is always nice! Bacon, eggs, sausage, coffee; the works. Very clean premises, elevators, rooms, lobby. Friendly staff! Short uphill walk to subway connecting you to the whole of the city.

The smoke detector in the rooms briefly blink a LED every second that will light up the ceiling above the beds. That was a little annoying. Road noise was a little loud, but I knew this going in due to the location - I can't hold it against them.

This was the best place I ever stayed at in the Bronx! My room was maculate.Everything was near and in walking distance.The staffs was exceptional and professional.Will definitely book in future

Goed en simpel ontbijt, iedere dag andere warme gerechten die vers bereid worden in de open keuken. Ook al het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, prima kamer en groot goed bed met diverse hoofdkussen soorten om uit te kiezen.

Decent location

Charged my credit card, stole my money, till this day its still in the pending process, ended up canceling my reservation after it allegedly didn't go through even though I showed them the receipt showing that it did, and still haven't received a penny back yet.

Excellent hotel and wonderful value for money. 30 mins on subway to Grand Central and was not a difficult commute to central city / Manhattan. Staff were excellent.

There is a 100$ deposit for the rooms and I haven’t received this back yet - wasn’t aware this was going to be a cost until we booked in.

Die Umgebung, was aber bekannt war. Dass die Aufzüge keinen Gäste-Check über die Karten haben und theoretisch jeder in das Hotel kommen kann.

Frühstück war ausreichend. Zimmer war sehr gross und das Bad war auch geräumig. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur 3 Minuten. Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut und die Gegend war auch OK. Es sind auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Propreté de l’hôtel, gentillesse du personnel, chambre parfaite pour 4 personnes, petit déjeuner copieux. L’hôtel est très proche d’une station de métro et il y a de quoi acheter à manger à côté si besoin.

La chambre donnait sur la rue donc un peu bruyant.

Ménage vite fait, sols pas nettoyés régulièrement et donc sont poussiéreux. Petit déjeuner correct mais peu varié et peu de choix en sucré.

Breakfast was good. Standard fare done well. Room was excellent except for I had the first room after entering the passageway. It was right next to the kitchen and across from the vending area so it was a little noisy but not a deal breaker. The staff was excellent in assisting me with several issues (not hotel related) like getting a taxi (Uber wanted $48 for an 8 block ride), I forgot my phone charger and they directed me to a dollar store that had what I needed, etc.

The location, cleanliness, and the reasonable (for NYC) parking rate of $20 a day/night. Having reserved parking within the hotel premises was a great feature because it saved us from searching for parking outside each time we returned. We had peace of mind knowing that we had a spot for our vehicle in a safe place. Really appreciated that.

The breakfast was good, but a bit more options would have been nice.

The staff were very kind! They gave you clean towels and wash cloths daily! They were always cleaning the building so it smelt CLEAN & fresh! Breakfast was changed each day and was yummy! Love how you could come and go as you please. They allowed us to check-in our luggage early and kept it safe for us until it was our check-in time. The train station is literally right up the road which was a major plus!

We were on the first floor where if there was any sudden noise from the hallway we could hear.

The location was within walking distance to our destination.

We chose this hotel because it advertised on site parking. When we inquired at the desk we were told there was none available and that we needed to find alternative parking. We were directed to a parking garage several blocks away.

The close proximity to Yankee Stadium is great, as well as the subway 4 line is just a few minutes walk. The rooms and hotel in general was clean, the staff was friendly and the check in/out process was quick. Value was fair, overall a good experience for one night.

The breakfast was pretty average, not that I was expecting much, at least they had something at all. It's also not in place to wonder around much, so the only places to go are Yankee stadium and the subway to get out of the area.
