Clean home, great location, well stocked with everything we needed, comfortable beds and linens. Sunny bright fantastic home!! We will stay again!

Rented as part of a 2 week road trip- stayed for 5 days - great location to explore the Cape with good facilities in the house

Great property with just about everything we could want. Nice neighborhood, close to Mashpee Commons and the “pond.” Our 11yo boys could go down to the pond and play anytime they wanted. The only thing we would add are window coverings for the bay window, since there is a direct view to the back bedroom area.

Beautiful, spacious, stylish, well equipped house. My kids loved the table tennis for rainy days. The only thing missing is a cloth drying rack for the towels.

This was the perfect house for a long weekend with another couple! House was very clean when we arrived. It was recently fully remodeled, so everything is basically new. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to anything you need. Would definitely rent this one again!

The property was very nice and clean (although ants appeared en masse when the snacks came out), and in a great location a short walk from a child-friendly beach on a beautiful bay/lake. Sadly, downhill from there. The listing—which included a pack ‘n play, high chair and booster seat for our grandkids (a major reason we chose the property)—wasn’t accurate. None of those things were on the property. Which set off a series of phone calls, texts and emails to well-meaning service operators who were entirely unable to get anyone with authority to address the missing items. The promised phone call from the local manager by 8 pm our first night (we reserved only 2 nights) never happened, so our infant grandchild spent the night sleeping on the floor while the adults stared at my phone waiting for the promised call in hopes we might salvage some plans for that first night. We offered to find and buy (for reimbursement) replacement items but got no response from anyone having authority. In the end, the items weren’t delivered until the following night, which was our last night. Out of frustration we requested a refund for half what we paid (since we got only half the vacation we paid for) but instead received a refund equal to about 6-7% of what we paid. Still don’t know if the purported local manager exists.

Beautiful renovated house with plenty of room for our family get together! Large, spacious kitchen stocked with everything you could need! My niece and nephew were thrilled with the fully stocked game room and ping pong table in the basement. Close proximity to Mashpee commons with great shops and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book your stay today, you won’t regret it!
