Good location
Roof light in the lounge had no cover which made sleeping on the sofa bed bright in the morning!

Location from office as nice walk through parks to get to Regal house.
Disappointed in lack of terrestrial tv - I don’t want to watch playbacks or Amazon prime which was reply from owner. I think they lived next door - if they do then very disappointed they didn’t come and see me. Disappointed in lack of kitchen facilities- no hob to cook on just a microwave. Yes it’s a multi use but you still need a hob and suitable work top to cook a meal - not just microwave/prepared meals. This is main reason I book self-catering so I can self cater!!!
Duvet on bed was very thin - and had to search for thicker duvet - didn’t bother to message given the response I had to my tv question.

We enjoyed our stay at Lime Tree Garden. Self check in was straightforward, with instructions for the key box sent that morning. The bed was comfy, and there was ample space in the holiday let. The facilities were as described in the listing. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was with the window open, considering there is a main road nearby. The shower also exceeded my expectations!
There isn't space to walk around the bed, if two people are staying, then the person on the far side of bed has to climb over. This is clear from the photos in the listing though. Although there was ample tea and coffee provided, there was only one little pot of UHT milk, it would have been nice to have a couple more provided.

Location was excellent for us. The air conditioning unit very helpful as it was quite warm.

Location was easy to reach from the M25 and very handy for Hampton Court and is a short walk from Twickenham stadium for the rugby internationals. The host was very understanding when we changed our booking from three people to two and then back again. The apartment was well equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a modern bathroom. There was cold water in the fridge and a jar of coffee provided but visitors should stop at the shops en route as the nearest are a few minutes walk away. There is parking outside too, a bonus in London. We would stay again.

Great communication from the hosts - code for lockbox given via a booking.com message - could not have been easier. Lots of parking on the road near the property - an excellent place to stay. Will definitely be back!!

Location to twickenham Stadium is amazing, 20 min walk. Well presented & clean. All facilities you need. We stayed 2 nights but had everything required 4 a longer stay.
Was exceptionally hot weather whilst there & flat became extremely warm due 2 skylights, with only 1 fan 4 entire space that couldn't b placed in bedroom as power wouldnt reach outlet. An easy fix & I'm sure isn't always an issue....not a major negative, everything else was perfect👍

This is a great self contained apartment, next to the main house so you always feel safe. Very close to Twickenham (c 15min walk) and all the amenities needed.
A little expensive given space, but expected due to demand and location.

- Spacious living room with natural lighting - a great place to work!
I loved everything, so I have nothing to complain about. However, it might help to leave prayer mats for Muslims in the apartment so that they can use them for their daily prayers. Again, not a complaint but a mere suggestion for improvement.
