We loved the place as it is well equipped with everything we need, plus it is a cozy and comfy house. The location is really good too, easy drive to some walking tracks, the Adventure bay and not too far off the iconic “Neck” too!

it's a nice place with a beautiful sea view. i really like the indoor design feels warm and cozy. there's monopoly and other board game keep us busy all night.

Unfortunately we didnt see any white kangaroo on that day 'cause the bad weather.

Internet was great - more than good enough for video. Nice and cosy and warm too.

Some tools for the fire would have been helpful

I liked everything

There was very little not to love 😊 The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed including some "just in case" pantry items eg assorted tea bags, salt and pepper, good Aussie olive oil, pasta, etc etc. There was ample firewood for inside and out as well as firelighters. The house was very toasty. 😊😊 The two bedrooms were a good size and beds pretty comfortable. King size in main and double with overhead single bunk in other. Everything was clean and fresh. The dining/lounge was big enough for us ... 2 adults and a 7 year old boy and 4 year old girl. Heaps of books and games to keep us all happy. The lounge was very comfy with incredible water views as did the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom was a little chilly but nothing to worry about. The shower was lovely! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied (great if you don't bring your own). I really liked the shoe rack and coat hooks as we walked in the back door. We had a lot of wet weather and muddy shoes so it was good to be able to take them off before we came into the living area. There is a fire pit out the front with magical water views.. we managed one clear night to roast marshmallows and foiled spuds... such a treat for our grandkids. Unfortunately the wind played havoc at times but we still had a wonderful relaxing mini holiday. Wanted to say thankyou to Ed and Georgie for their excellent communication pre our stay. We'd love to return in the future. Your holiday home was just right!!

Probably the main thing we didn't like was the lack of solid play area for the kids other than the car space. The expansive grass areas were very water sodden... It would be nice if you could park the car closer to the house perhaps with a carport... especially when arriving and/or packing up the car in the rain.

Location lovely and fire place too!

The property has a beautiful view of the water and is very cosy and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and beds were comfy! Ed had excellent communication in the lead up to and during our stay and made an effort to accomodate early check in and late check out.
