Less than 1 block to access a wide sandy beach and about the same distance to a coffee shop and a neighboring favorite restaurant. My family of 6 adults and 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed this house. Beautifully decorated, spacious and real beds for 10. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, clean and bright. Plenty of indoor, outdoor and porch seating and eating areas. 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, very luxurious. Beautiful landscaping and beach access. Would definitely stay again, bravo!

Based on renting for 20 years and having previous issues, here are my comments: Wifi and air-conditioning worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. House has no bad smells. Ceiling fans throughout which was nice. Screened-in porch is great usable space with lots of seating. Extra mini-fridge for drinks was huge! My college kids loved the loft area and we couldn't hear them as they watched their late night movies. Short walk to the private beach. Great lighting for jigsaw puzzles. We really enjoyed the house and the beach. My only concern for future rentals would be parking. They have a strict 3 car parking policy which was a daily burden - my family alone had 4 cars at different times (kids going back to Indiana to work) and my kids had friends coming for a day or two. We had to keep moving cars into New Buffalo. I completely understand that they want to make sure there are no parties but for a large family with young adults, we wish we had more flexibility in the parking situation. I would definitely recommend this house, aqua vacation rentals, and this location.

This house was a special spot-- a fantastic home, fully stocked kitchen, a wonderful screened in porch and a lovely front porch. It is a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. It was a lovely spot for a family reunion (three couples), spacious, stocked with everything that you could need (games, beach chairs, umbrella). Easy to take walks, bike rides and not far from Union Pier restaurants and bakery! We had a great week!

The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a week's vacation at the beach. The location was perfect and the beach access was close and absolutely gorgeous. The three-season porch was perfect for gathering in the evenings. Be sure to read the emailed check-in instructions as we found bringing heavier blankets very helpful.

We loved staying here! The house is spacious and clean and has lots of nice touches, super well-equipped. Private beach a block away is amazing! We will be back. Also hosts were super communicative and easy to reach.
