We stayed at the property during Cornell graduation when Ithaca was fully booked. It was a 30 minute drive from Ithaca. The Finger Lakes and surrounding towns are very cute and this would be a nice place to stay for visiting that area.

Very nice layout with new high quality appliances. Open space perfect for small group. Good location for visiting wineries.

My husband and I and our friends stayed for a long weekend. Unfortunately the gorg trail was closed for the season but we still hiked the upper trails. Quite a few of the shops were closed around town also but we still had a great time at the wineries and taphouse right up the road. The apartment is beautifully updated and the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. The first night was a little rough until we figured out that all the thermostat remotes have to be on the same setting for them to work so the first night was really warm for us but everything else worked great! We plan on coming back next fall so we can experience everything before it closes for th season! 10/10 would recommend!

Close to Watkins glen yet out of town feel. Very well decorated and spacious inside, which everything you need to feel at home. Will be staying here again!

This property was perfect! Perfectly located to downtown Watkins Glen and many, many establishments! Perfectly renovated and clean! Perfectly supplied with games for lots of backyard fun while hanging out at the house! Can't wait to return.

The rental was exactly as pictured. Unbelievably clean. In all our years of renting with Home away and now VRBO this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The appliances were new. The kitchen items were everything you needed for easy meals. The washer and dryer worked great. We were not familiar with the HVAC system but once we figured out you have to slide the remote open, it was great. We could have used local TV channels for news but since we have a Netflix account it was ok. Easy drive to Watkins for supplies. Our favorite wineries were nearby. I can't think of a thing that would discourage you from staying here. We plan to stay again when we need a place that is not a lake rental.

An excellent three night stay! The location is perfect for wine touring on Keuka and Seneca Lakes and is only five miles from Watkins Glen State Park. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well appointed. You couldn't ask for more as a base for wine touring and hiking in the area. We've been on the road for three weeks and 4000 miles and this was definitely the nicest place we've stayed!

The location of this unit is great! While it is on a main thoroughfare, traffic didn't disturb us at all. In fact, the location was central to all the areas of finger lakes that we visited. It is clean, stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, gift of wine!) We enjoyed the area so much we extended our stay another day! Drew was great to work with.

We made a last minute reservation for the upcoming weekend and chose this apartment based on the description and reviews. I assure you, every word of it is true! The apartment is newly renovated, everything is clean and new, including the furniture, and well stocked with linens and paper products. I only had one question prior to arrival and the property owner answered immediately. The location is so convenient, just minutes to Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen State Park. I would also add that it's super quiet at night, even though it's on a main road. So, if that's a concern, don't let it be...we didn't hear a thing from the road at night. We didn't bother using the fire pit because we were so tired from the hikes, but it's there in a beautiful, quiet backyard and I got to see the deer passing through on their trail in the morning while sitting on the patio. Also, the HVAC system worked perfectly, with each bedroom having it's own control, as well as the main living space. Another reviewer mentioned something about the taste of the water....it's municipal water, and they also have a filtered tap through the refrigerator, which I have at home, so it tasted exactly as I expected it too, but just noteworthy in case you're used to well water. I would stay here again, without hesitation, and I recommend you do too!

Accommodations were great, everything was provided and instructions were clear. Location is great for wineries, shopping and hiking.

Overall very nice and well maintained. Convenient location to Watkins Glen and wineries. A few suggested changes: (i) a new wine opener; the one in the unit is trashed and not usable; (ii) small hotel size shampoo; (iii) a few pre-loaded apps or basic cable on the TV

Family took a short getaway trip and this place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Recommend highly.

This was our first experience with a VRBO and we were blown away! The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated. The facility was spotless and well laid out. It was spacious and the decor was was pleasant. The location is in a quiet area but minutes away from town and many wineries. We enjoyed the BBQ and the beanbag game that were provided. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to take advantage of the fire pit due to the evening rain. 5 star rating from us. Our only suggestion would be to include a kettle in the kitchen.

Place is very clean and nice, will stay again

The property was immaculate. It is roomy and well fitted. The outside temperature was hot and the top of the line air conditioner kept the unit extremely confortable. The location is ideal as it is 5 minutes to Watkins Glen. The area is very quiet at night. A pair of deers came for a visit while we were having breakfast. I fully recommend.

This property is very well maintained and cared for. Our condo was spotless. The beds were comfortable and the location was great for access to restaurants, winery, and Watkins, Glen, especially We also easily accessed the parks around Ithaca. I would definitely recommend this and stay here again.

This is a beautiful, modern property and matched the description perfectly. It has been recently re-modeled so everything is new and clean. The beds were comfortable, TVs worked and we had enough of everything. The kitchen had pots and pans so we were able to make breakfast every morning. It was like home away from home; comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately we were not able to use the fire pit because it rained/drizzled every night we were there. However, we did use the grill on our last night. This property is private yet close enough to the Watkins Glen State Park as well as a lot of wineries. We even traveled to Ithaca (Buttermilk Falls State Falls) which was about 25 mins from this location. Property Manager Drew was extremely responsive answering any queries we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property listing was accurate. Brand new/remodel with brand new everything! Nicely decorated, very comfortable, well thought out, everything necessary was provided. Comfy beds, nice patio out back with grill and fire pit, all bonuses! Drew was easily accessible and very responsive. Property was in an ideal location, close enough to everything with a bit of privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!!

The property was absolutely perfect. It was far enough away to be private; yet, close enough to be convenient to Watkins Glen. The apartment was modern and well maintained. My children discussed how it would be the perfect apartment for a professional couple. We loved the back patio!
