50-60 steps to the beach, who could ask for more! One of the nice things about this property is that we were provided beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart to carry everything in and a choice of beach toys like float tubes and such. I have been to other places in this area and things are rusted out or don’t exist so this is a nice vacation extra! Chris the manager is wonderful and was very accommodating when we needed a couple items for the unit. I called to ask alot of questions and she was very patient and answered all of my questions. The patio is very nice and spread out so people aren’t squished together. There are 9 units and all are different sizes. We will be back!

This little cottage is SO CLOSE to Cortez and Coquina Beaches! Within walking distance to Bridge Street restaurants and shops, and within a block of a free trolley stop. Facility is nice, was extremely clean, and smelled GREAT! Two good-sized bedrooms. Everything we needed. I did not have to contact host so can’t speak to that. Beach gear is a nice touch. We’d stay again!

Fantastic location in Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach. Perfect little cottage for a family of 4, equipped with everything you’d need for a nice beach vacation. Beds were comfortable and AC was COLD! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! We appreciated the chairs, umbrella and beach cart that were available for our use… Will definitely book again! Chris (host) was very nice and was attentive to our needs.

My family was staying in Ana Maria Island and we could only stay for a few days therefore we needed to find a place that would accommodate just three nights. I was very pleasantly surprised with the location and the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and fishing on the Bayside. And a reasonable commute to meet with family on such a busy weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything at home was as described. The beach is across the street and the Bay views from the other street were amazing. Location is excellent. We will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at this lovely little cottage in Bradenton Beach. The location cannot be beat. It is a 2-minute walk to beautiful Cortez Beach, a 1-minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway and maybe 7 minutes to walk to the middle of town. The unit was immaculately cleaned before our arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and we all slept soundly. The host also provides everything that you need for the beach to include chairs, umbrellas and toys. You can't go wrong here. Book it.

This property was in a great location. Short walk to gulf and short walk opposite direction to bay. Within walking distance for restaurants. Also available is trolley short walk from house and pick up by golf cart transportation. House was very clean. Had beach chairs and umbrella as well as other desired items. Nice central outdoor area for this grouping of houses.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a short walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants and local shops. A unique feature to this property is the courtyard which is maintained beautifully by the host, Mark.

Perfect location on a very quiet street. Walk less than 1 minute to the most beautiful beach with white fine sand. Bradenton Brach is the far south end of Anna Maria Island. It is the most natural part of the island. with beautiful parks and beaches. Marks villas are great with the most beautiful garden area that he maintains himself. The villa had everything we needed and more from the BBQ’s in the garden area, all the beach toys and a well stocked kitchen. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Mark and your wonderful helper with her precious little boys.

We especially enjoyed the location. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything one might need. The beds were comfortable and every room has a tv. However we were only able to use the one in the living area. We never could figure out how to turn them on. So many remotes. Mark Anthony was very receptive and accommodating to our requests . A great place to stay in AMI.

Slightly smaller than it appeared in photos but more than adequate for us. A/C worked like a charm and very important in Florida in summer. Anna Maria Island is Paradise.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect for sightseers and beach goers. Unfortunately for us, it stormed (not just the expected short Florida pop-up showers) the entire week and there was Red tide (if you're not familiar, look it up.) This made some of the following more of an issue then it otherwise would have been. The description of the house an property provided is pretty accurate. The house is cute and the beds are super comfy! It is small so with four adults milling about, it was a bit of a dance at times. The courtyard sitting area is full of beautiful plants and plenty of tables/chairs to sit and relax. The pier is nice to sit, drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. The beach is just a hop skip and a jump away so it's easy to go back and forth. There is a stop for the Free Trolley just at the end of the block. I recommend downloading the app for pick up times; it's a great way to move about the island and see the sights! You can rent golfcarts, bikes, etc, however, I'm not sure where you would park them at the house. It is a ground level house, which is perfect for those not wanting to go up and down flights of stairs. The kitchen has all the cookware and dishware you'll need. Not much in the way of storage or counter space so I recommend holding off on bringing much in the way of supplies. When you get there. decide what you will need and pick up it at Publix. There are extra beach towels which is helpful since there isn't a good place to hang your towels, swimsuits or other items to dry. The washer and dryer is helpful for this. The outside shower is great. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided have seen better days but function just fine. They are tucked away behind the house along with the "smoking area". If you are a smoker, be aware that the picture provided is a little deceiving. It is the walk way behind the house and appeared to have sat untouched for the last year. There isn't really anywhere on the property to sit outside when it is raining. The tables have canopies but they don't extend far enough to sit under them while raining but will keep the sun off you. The sunroom gives an additional area for the renters to hang out but not to sit and watch the rain. being ground level faces the parking area and the views out any window are less then spectacular. The only table is in the sunroom and when extended is a tight squeeze. So, in short, if you plan to be out and about during your stay a great choice. 😁

3 of us came down for a short weekend and were very happy with the experience. Very close to the beach and dinner options. We have already started planning our next trip!

Perfect location

The cottage was sweet. Very well designed and furnished. Most everything one would want on a short (or could even be long) stay was provided. We would definitely come back again. Unfortunately, we visited at a time when the red tide was present. The smell was difficult at best and lots of dead fish everywhere. This certainly is not a reflection on the cottage. It was bad timing for us to visit.

Close to beach, walking distance to many restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would visit this property again but do it during week as weekends are too busy!

This is a nice bungalow compound setting with nine units facing a brick courtyard with plenty of tables and shade. Far enough off Gulf Drive to be quiet, yet an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to Bridge Street activity. I would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our anniversary stay on AMI. We had a very short walk to both the bay and the beach. What more could you ask for? The hosts were great. They were easy to get in touch with and eager to assist us with anything we needed. It was so nice to walk into the beachy vibe/decor of the home, with a bottle of wine and beach necessities like towels, cooler, fishing gear, etc. waiting on us! Would definitely recommend this property. We hope to go back as soon as possible!

Our place was great. Easy walk to the beach, the bay, and to restaurants. You can take a trolley - trolley stop near by. Our place was clean, quiet, and decorated so cute - beachy. King size bed was very comfortable. We met the owner - very friendly. They had wine and chocolates waiting for us when we got there. I would recommend this place.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark couldn't have made our stay any more enjoyable. Really loved the bottle of wine waiting for us as we entered our home.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was great. Liked that we could walk to restaurants. It was quiet at night. We met the owners and they were very welcoming. Has a nice little courtyard where guests can gather and onsite free laundry is always a plus. There are two very nice bedrooms, which could accommodate four adult guests. However, the kitchen, living and bath areas are tight so if your group has four, be prepared to be pretty cozy or spend lots of time at the beach where there is plenty of room. For two adults, it was fabulous.

Comfy , pretty , quiet and great location for walking to beach and to a bit of Margaritaville . Hosts Mark and Lilliana were very pleasant and accommodating. Their son Marcus [ @10 years of age ] was incredible playing with my 3 year old grandson . There are several units surrounding a beautiful patio and the property is taken care of by a lovely young family who we sat with often and shared pizza and good conversation .
