Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week at this beautiful home! Our family of 9 enjoyed all of the amenities this home had to offer. The kitchen was well stocked. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The 6 bikes were great to get on and ride down highway 30A to the many shopping areas and cafes. Our disappointment was finding the propane gas grill tank almost empty on our arrival and it took several phone calls to get someone to bring a full tank to the house on our second day there. That should have been checked and a tank there on our arrival. Not having cable TV was a real bummer. There was not much offered on Roku and the ice maker did not function sufficiently. It produced very little ice, if any, so we constantly had to buy ice. We feel maintenance should have checked the pool heater. We didn't know where it was and did not report it but it was very hot and not refreshing to get into to cool off. But over all the home was very spacious, clean and met all of our needs.

The walk is not bad to beach (the steps to the beach are pretty steep so don’t bring the huge wagon or cooler unless you have help bringing it down). The kitchen was stocked with tons of glasses and dishes but could use a few more pots and pans. Also, the floors in this house are very beautiful but also VERY slick when wet. The rugs that were in the house especially coming in from pool need to be stuck down with a rug pad or something. Had to be extremely careful when walking in case kids came through not dried off. The pool was great since it rained most of the time we were there. One last thing that management or owners might want to change that perhaps they had not thought of- when coming through the side fence to put bikes up one of the kids traveling with us rode his bike through the fence opening and was standing up (off the seat) and was hit in the nose and thrown from bike because there is some sort of bar brace that goes across fence opening. He did not see it and was thrown off bike. He was ok but could have been worse. All in all we had a great time in this beautiful home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was absolutely beautiful. The decor was right out of a magazine and was extremely clean. There was plenty of room for four big vehicles to park in the driveway. It had more than enough dishware and cooking utensils, and all were of high-end quality, not to mention every small appliance you would want...blender, mixer, microwave/air fryer, two coffee pots, iron, etc. The pool was a very good size and the furnishings outside were comfortable with a nice size table, couch area, and places to lay out. We had four families and there was plenty of room for all of us to be inside or in the pool area. It is a short 5-minute walk to the beach. Six bikes were provided and we rode every morning on the trail and checked out the surrounding areas. We did have an issue with 2 of the bikes and Royal Destinations sent someone out immediately to replace them.Once we arrived at the house we had questions regarding the alarm on the back door. Royal Destinations was extremely quick to respond. I can't say enough about how perfect this house was and how attentive Royal Destinations was before we arrived, during, and at departure. I highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay again.
