TV was huge fir the room. Beds were clean and semi comfortable. It was close to our activity

Room was extremely small & cramped - could not access right side (when facing) of bed. Room wasn’t clean - dirt around bedsides, carpet felt sticky (wore shoes the whole time), bedside table drawer broken, toilet had toilet paper & poo stuck to the bottom of the bowl

Price was good

It was damp, there were bugs in the lights, millipedes in the bath, spiders in the windows, it smelt bad and the noise from the highway was very loud, the fridge froze everything, and the kitchen area was tiny and unusable, we left in the first day of a two night stay it was unbearable.

The sheets were clean and the shower was hot - that's it

No personal check in The air-con heater couldn't keep up with the leaks around the front door...we froze all night The carpet / furniture / doors / etc should all be thrown out The table / chairs on the balcony were chained up This is a very poorly maintained / presented property

Nothing because I left after 5 minutes in the room which was absolutely disgusting to say the least.

Self check in machine was useless, NO after hours number for assistance, after 1hr trying to check in I open room 7 and was knocked over by a strong odour of dust and body odour. I turned light on only to find mould/excessive amounts of dust ,dirty fingerprints allbover the mirror, window and microwave door. I entered the bathroom to look and was even more appalling as there was mould ,whole tiles gone from where one would stand in the shower, hair and fingerprints on shower door. The carpet in the room was utterly filthy and bed linen smells like body odour! I was in there for 5 minutes maximum and the last straw was turning on the heating to have dust blowing out of the vent. I immediately turned everything off locked door and returned the room key!! I have a mould and dust allergy and was red rore from head to toe in that short space of 5 minutes. It was the last of the money I had paying $120 for 1 night so due to the condition of the room I had to spend the night sleeping in my car (this is dreadful at the best of times but even more difficult when you have a Disability as I do..... I have requested a FULL refund.

It was great for a stop over for a family of 5. Kids 16,14 and 12. Comfy beds, and being so close to the train track, our room was near silent due to noise reducing windows that have been installed

The bathroom was very outdated as was the kitchenette. It had tea coffee facilitys, but no milk.

The bathroom door seemed to have water damage, there were wires hanging from the ceiling on the balcony, the towel rack in the bathroom seemed loose so we did not use it.
