We have stayed at this property before and it works well for our needs. We are working most of the time so don't get much time at the house sadly. A very new experience for us to have horses right on our doorstep, was a bit dusty with the hoses working in the arena so we couldn't open the doors or windows on that side of the house, but got to watch the horses train which was entertaining. Beds great and comfortable. Fabulous kitchen and a great lounge. sad we are off site most of the time we are staying so we can't enjoy it more.

Just a couple of things - the bathrooms need a really thorough clean right to the edges and the towels were very tired and could do with replacing. a dish cloth to wipe the benches would be handy.

This is an awesome house. Very high quality, was absolutely perfect for a group of us. Super nice surroundings with the horse arena outside. Secure gated entry. We will definitely use this place again anytime we are in Palmy.

There was only 2 cereals available for breakfast, and 2 eggs for 5 of us. Luckily we had brought our own bread and spreads. There was also a lot of food in the freezer, fridge and cupboards that we were unsure if we could use or not?

The house was so big and everything was provided! Would deffs stay here again.

Lovely quiet location but also very close to Palmerston North for shopping , restaurants etc

Enjoyed everything about this place highly recommended.

There was wheetbix and another cereal available. Which we didn't eat. Location was handy for our needs. The furnishings throughout the home were lovely and comforting. Very homely plenty of space for 5 adults to spread out.
