The lady in reception when we were checking out was extremely helpful and pleasant.
The entrance to the hotel was in complete darkness and led into the basement of a building. To get to the hotel, it was necessary to take a lift. The Receptionist took about 20 minutes to check us in and then when he did show us to our room, itt was like a ward in a hospital. The beds were so uncomfortable and it was like lying on a bed of stone. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and there was a smell of smoke in the room. There was a lot of noise during the night and doors banging.

Le personnel est très agréable, réception ouverte 24h/24h,l'hôtel est propre, grande proximité avec la station de bus, proximité de l'aéroport.
Les chambres sont vieillottes même si propres. Matelas pas très bon. Quartier pas accueillant.

A pochi metri c'è Mercadona e Lidl.

Simple clean well priced room .
The hotel is accessed by lift only as when I walked up the stairs with my bicycle the door was locked. As you could imagine this was confusing. When I called the hotel to explain the guy was polite but didn't speak any English so was unable to explain that I couldn't access the hotel. I then carried my bike down the stairs and had to take the wheels off my bicycle to get it to fit in the lift. Keeping a door locked in the stairwell seems very odd and restricted in case of an emergency.

Location is very good, close to the airport if you need to stay for a night. Room was fairly clean.
The room had a strange smell of old tobacco or something like that, bathroom was old and had some stains but it was overall clean. There are no normal windows, both of them were blurred, cause the room looked at a small internal courtyard and other windows were very close. My room was right in front of the elevator and the door was not soundproof so I heard everyone coming up, laughing talking very loudly. In general its not a place you want to stay during your entire holiday, it’s literally and airport hotel you spend one night in.

Nice easy check in.
The singleroom is VERY small and dark. The pictures on the site shows very light and nice rooms, but not any pictures of the singlerooms. Of course you expect every room will be like in the pictures. It's not a nice way to advetise.

If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, new (as of 2022), very close to Tenerife South Airport, and with friendly staff this is an excellent option.
Don’t go for the ambiance or the neighborhood. There are a few sets of stairs to reach the hotel. And would love AC but that’s par for the course. They did provide a nice fan.

Convenience being a short distance from the airport after a late arrival in Tenerife. Comfort of the Hotel. very secure.
All was very good, the only thing is that there isn't any food provided only a vending machine. BUT, there are some very nice cafes up the main road a short distance away. Not a gamechanger and would definitely use in the future.

very clean and modern staff have been excellent as we missed our flight and booked last minute.
they even let us keep our room a bit longer as our new flight is in the evening.
