It felt a bit excessively basic at first but then I came to realise how many benefits this place has compared to other stays at this price. It’s well located, especially for kitesurfing, and the view is quite nice. The fan and AC work perfectly, so you can regulate the temperature to your taste. The beds are quite firm but I liked it. It took me couple of days to get used to it but then I had a very good sleep for the rest of my stay. The room is new and well maintained. You have to ask for a desired cleaning schedule which I personally find convenient. Nice balcony - and it turns out there are not many places at this price that provide this option. And no bugs, flies or mosquitos! probably some termites in the table, but never bothered me, didn’t see or hear any however saw a bit of wooden dust in 2 days after cleaning. It’s quiet at night regardless of being close to the road. There’s hot water, enough clean towels, a dresser with a mirror, big clean fridge, a supply of drinks at normal price. The host is super kind, friendly and accommodating. The communication with the host is pleasant and easy. I was supposed to stay for a couple of days and ended up extending it until the rest of my stay in Mui ne. Really a great place for a solo traveler

Honestly I can’t find anything I didn’t like as I had everything I needed. Maybe a drying rack at the balcony and a small chair with a table would be nice. I’m sure you can have it if you ask

Place was super clean, almost new and very well located (i was into kitesurfing, kitebeach is at walking distance but also plenty of restaurants and shops around). Price - quality great in my opinion.

Bed mattress was pretty hard, water pressure in shower was quite low
