Comodissimo per raggiungere tutto il centro a piedi. Personale molto accogliente e simpatico, super disponibile, colazioni molto buone e varie.
Un pochino rumoroso di notte, ma essendo in centro c'è da aspettarselo. Comunque tornerei volentieri!

Perfect stay right in the center of Prato with no need to drive to dinner or anything extra. Francesco and Joelle at reception were incredibly kind and hospitable. We will be back.

The staff was extremely friendly, warm, welcoming and accommodating. The location was ideal for my purpose and very central.
The beds are somewhat flimsy, but it's managable.

We liked everything about this hotel. As well as being centrally located, it was perfectly clean and warm. Lovely mix of totally modern fittings and a centuries old building. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included in the very reasonable price. It really is an outstanding hotel and we look forward to visiting again.

Our stay was great, we are especially grateful to Francesco who was the most wholehearted and careing person we've ever met. He helped us a lot with everything advising, parking place etc.

We arrived by bicycle and Francesco immediately found a safe place to store them overnight. We didn't even have to ask. Amazing service!

Such a friendly welcome! And a nice, central place to explore Prato. There’s plenty to see, and the old town is so pretty. I really appreciated the accommodations the hosts made for my early arrival and late departure. It was so convenient to be able to leave my luggage.
There was some noise from outside. I was aware if it, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping. Nor would it stop me from staying again.

I would highly recommend this accomodation, the location is perfect, the owners are very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean, our triple room has been just perfect and spacious. Prato is just app. 30 minutes away by train from Florence, but don't forget to discover this gem too, it is really worth it. Beautiful city centre and lovely people all around. We have been very satisfied.

Good location in Prato, very kind and fun hard working couple who run the place. Great breakfast, loved their freshly squeezed orange juice.

Perfect location in the city center, just off the popular street for evening dining, but on a small, quieter side street. Older building, charming and clean. The elevator was handy. The breakfast had lots of pastries, breads, fresh juice, coffee, etc... A/C unit was quiet and effective in the room, and the shaded ceiling lights/windows added natural light. Lovely people at the front desk.
I awoke to a mosquito, but I got it. I just saw the one. I had left the little bathroom window open, so maybe it flew in there. Maybe put in screens?
