The staff were amazing, so helpful before arrival with all questions and fabulous throughout our stay. wonderful breakfast and spacious rooms. The wellness area was better than most luxury hotels!

Our room was lovely but - only a few times - a little cold. However we had an extra heater and to be honest it was so much better for sleeping!

The staff Mark and Sabrina were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made great effort to make us feel at home! Sabrina even arranged a last minute reservation for us for New Year’s eve which was much appreciated:) Lovely staff, lovely hotel

Small but really nice Hotel only about 3 minutes walk from the Gondola. The suite we've had was really spacious. The breakfast room is also very nice and there is a great selection including fresh fruits The host Mark and his wife who were working while we stayed there are super friendly and helpful in every situation. They made the stay an extraordinary experience. Also to mention the easy access to the ski storage room with boot heaters and the very clean and nice spa facility.

We were in the top floor under the roof, so the room was quite cold. Since there was a low occupation when we stayed there. I wasn't too sure if all the food was fresh. I would have preferred prepackaged yoghurts and not a big open bowls as there was no way that it was fresh every day.

Amazing breakfast and super spa/wellness center area: we were surprised but very pleased! The staff is very attentive and friendly, the room was big and comfortable! Thanks a lot
