Beautiful contemporary design with everything you need for a self catering apartment. The bar/cafe downstairs was amazing and great that it closed early evening.

Nous avons TOUT aimé.
- la situation exceptionnelle ( très proche de la grand place ).
- l’ensemble extrêmement bien sécurisé.
- l’accueil et la gentillesse de notre hôte Maja qui a durant tout le séjour veillé à notre bien-être.
- la beauté du lieu, le choix de matériaux de grande qualité.
- le confort du lit/canapé convertible.
- le pdj au café Formi en extérieur et intérieur.
- les produits ( savon à mains, shampoing, gel douche, lait corps) de la marque Prija.
- le bouquet de fleurs de lys frais déposé à notre arrivée dans l’appartement.
- la proximité avec le Tram.
- l’excellent wifi.
- la télévision et netflix.
Un endroit magnifique à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Un immense merci à notre hôte Maja pour sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux.

Adelina greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a guided tour of the apartment. She was the best host and helped us out every day.
The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and the cafe on the ground floor is gorgeous!

Everything! Whole building was renovated in style, the app has all the amenities you need, wifi is great, the contact person speaks fluently English… Recommended!
It is in the city centre, so the trams can be loud by night. The water pressure in the bathroom is low. But none of those was really bothering.

Beautiful apartment located in excellent location, very close to Old Town. Bus station close by which makes easier to travel around.
Adelina always make sure that our stay is comfortable as possible.

Our deluxe two-bedroom apartment was perfect for us. It was large, and thoughtfully designed and equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect: just a minute's walk outside the old town, and next to a big tram intersection for when we needed to get further afield. The staff were great and checked in with us by message a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.
Tip: don't miss the Bunny Cafe a couple of doors down!

Shower's water flow was too week, smell from bathroom. Towels were replaced for 10 zloty per towel because we stayed 4 nights and due to policy we should pay for towels in less than 5 nights.

Everything about this apartment was fantastic: excellent communication and welcome from Kinga and Adelina. The apartment was immaculately clean, tidy and stylish and had everything we needed. location is perfect. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

The property was clean, very spacious with the perfect location . It was finished to a high standard and was extremely well equipped . it was a seven minute walk to the main square with plenty of bars and restaurants . We received a warm greeting from the hosts who provided us with some valuable information of the local area . The hosts also arranged for our airport transfer and our trips .
We would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return here .

Adelina and Nina were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and the apartment was big and clean. It is in a great location.
The only issue we had is the water pressure is not very good but that is to be expected in an old building.

Allowed us in earlier than check in time, which was fantastic, being as we had a very early flight lovely service, the apartment is very close to the square, mabe a 2 minute walk, through a nice park. Plenty of parking nearby. Beautiful apartments. I had 2 off them. She also arranged my transfers. The taxi driver then arranged my trips to Auchwitz and Salt mine with a private cab. We will be back

Very good breakfast provided at the cafe in the courtyard. Good communication from the owners and a friendly welcome.

Nicely decorated, spacious and great location. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and the decor! Everything is close by, the main square is a 5 minute walk. There’s a lovely coffee shop in the middle which has great coffee and food! The ladies we’re very helpful and friendly although we didn’t meet.

Great location close to the main square in the old Town. The apartment was well-maintained and very spacious, and the cafe served deliciuous breakfast every morning. I was amazed by the great service-mind of the staff, they were very helpful and frequently checked-up on me to make sure I was content with the apartment. Adelina and Nina, you did a great job!

Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They gave us very helpful gluten free dining recommendations and directions to wherever we wanted to visit. If we ever go back to Krakow, we are definitely staying with Relaks again.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the sofa could have been more comfortable. But that's just being picky!
