Location, sea, room, parking, cleaning, super friendly staff: everything best!

Amazing location in Argassi. Private and clean beach. Amazing terrace, where you have your breakfast, with beautiful view on the sea. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was clean with daily housekeeping even if they came in regardless of the signed outside "do you not disturb". Nice kept grad on the waterfront.

Terrible customer service with manager rude and aggressive with bad attitude. The room was large but had three beds which made it overloaded, and with two beds next to each other with one being taller than the other, it made it very uncomfortable. There is no beach but, just front water with sunbeds. The view from my room was covered by the shade, so not such a great one. Overall very disappointed, and because the manager was rude, my stay was very very uncomfortable. I chose to get breakfast included in the room, and it was basic and with old food and rotten apples which forced me to go elsewhere for breakfast. The staff would sit at tables where on the terrace smoking and felt uncomfortable. This place has superb reviews on booking.com, and I trusted them; however, after the incident with the manager, I went on the internet, and there is a different opinion from people whose reviews were probably never posted on booking.com. Everyone mentioned similar feedback to what I am giving. For me, I can deal with basic accommodation, which is expensive, but when the customer service is terrible, that's a no-no.

The staff went out of their way to assist with all our enquiries and make sure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel's position on the water gave us a fabulous view onto the water and town of Zante.

The location was fabulous - right on seafront with direct access into sea. 5 minute walk to nearest supermarket & bars & restaurants. The staff at Anemona were all wonderful, very attentive, friendly & helpful.

Room was decent and clean. They changed sheets and towels and cleaned every day. Sea view was nice and garden was well maintained.

We booked a room with sea view on the top floor. This was a terrible mistake because these rooms have entrance from the main road which is one of the busiest roads on the island. Our first night was a nightmare as it felt we were on the highway and could not sleep all night. Early in the morning we requested a room change because otherwise we would leave the hotel. They notified us that we should wait till noon so they clean a room from the ground floor. They moved us at about 12:30 and we spent the rest of the day sleeping. We were lucky this room was freed on the same day otherwise there was a risk we lose our money and look for other hotel. What made a bad impression is the fact that they told us we should have checked google maps before booking which was a joke. You book a room with sea view so you cannot know from google maps that it's noisy like a highway. Bonus: We counted 20+ rooms but only 10 parking lots. We had no problems with parking but one would be worried if hotel was full.

Every room has a sea view, a proper sea view with no obstacles. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves lap on the shore. The hotel is family run and everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you have a perfect stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Anemona. The staff were very friendly and allowed us into the room before official check-in. The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view, cleaned daily. The bar served great drinks and quick bites. The location was perfect for us - next to really good restaurants, close to the town centre, but still quiet and right at the seaside. Great value for money as well. Can't wait to come back to Anemona next year!

Nothing too bothering. I think a bit pricey for a 2 star hotel but taking into account the period and the average prices of b&b in Zakynthos I would say its fair. A bit stiff bed-pillows (its subjective obviously) and old coarse but clean towels

Best location to stay in Zante! Close to all best beaches and a few steps from very good restaurants. Very cosy and beautiful cortner in Agrassi. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Beautifull view from the room. The sea also very nice near hotel - sandy cost, clear water. Highly recomended this hotel!

We arrived earlier because of the flight but they still welcomed us with fresh cold drinks and kindness. The view from our balcony was breath taking. Thank you for everything!
