The property is superb. The management was extremely Helpful in finding place to visit and restaurants.

We booked a room with a hot tub which was on a patio with fantastic views to Assisi.

Location was right in the centre of town on the main road. We were able to easily walk to good restaurants. The breakfast selection was very good too.

Unfortunately, there was no internet during our stay. The rooms were also small for a double size and were very dusty.

Comfortable hotel in a very nice town. Cool place during the heatwave.

Bathroom door didn’t close and the bathroom had no air circulation. The hotel was far from the main square.

Perfect location, hotel seemed to be newly renovated, soundproof windows, comfy bed, new fresh and clean linen and towels.

The walls and doors are paper thin so you can hear all your neighbours. Very low water pressure so it stops every few seconds, shower takes forever. No fridge, no kettle, no water bottles, no napkins, no WiFi password info in the room.

The location right in the heart of Montefalco can't be better. The premium room was very nice, spacious and well refined. View on the small plaza just aside of the hotel. Very efficient air conditioning. Great space outside with Jacuzzi and beds to relax in the sun of the terrace while overlooking the entire territory from the top of Montefalco. Service and people were great, always friendly and smiling and able to fulfil any need at request.

The bathroom "open" is very stylish at first glance but in reality it was a bit of a stretch in terms of privacy, especially for the part of the toilet which is "protected" by a small separator. In summer with people going late, it could be a bit too noisy if people need total silence to sleep. For us not an issue but worth to be noted and warned.

Fantastic location in the heart of beautiful Montefalco, a very short stroll from the central square and amongst the charming bars and restaurants. The hotel was very friendly and welcoming with helpful staff. The room was fresh, compact but very comfortable, the breakfast was good, the best thing of course was the location. Great value for money.
