It’s a studio flat in a great location right by the sea front, although it's at the back of the building so no sea view from inside. Decent bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Nice touches such as tea and coffee, milk in the fridge, shampoo and conditioner. Also a picnic hamper to take to the beach - not that I did but it's the thought that counts! Scored against the price which is very reasonable for a good location.

Furnishings are fairly basic and I found the bed too soft for my liking. It would be nice to have a small sofa to relax on in the evening. Seating options were in the bed or on wicker conservatory style chairs. Fine for a few nights.

Spacious apartment with excellent kitchen facilities. Close to centre of town and literally on the beach. Very good local restaurants. Owner arranged car parking permit.

Shame there was no sea view!

Wonderful location, virtually on the beach, not far from shops, a stylish pizza restaurant within 100 yards - and great place to stroll along the promenade to Worthing pier and the fabulous Dome Cinema. The host also very kindly provided us with some milk in the fridge, plus oil and seasoning etc if we'd wanted to cook - and the heating was very efficient, which was very welcome in January! Adam also provided a parking permit, which was marvellous.

Sadly there is no sea view from within the flat - but it's pretty much right outside your door if you want to see it!

Clean, comfortable bed, everything you needed including microwave and washing machine, basic provisions including tea coffee and milk on arrival. Couldn’t get closer to beach, lotsOf local good restaurants, close to bars and pubs, 10 min walk along seafront to town. Extremely quiet location.

Location & very well equipped. Next time we would look to book flat 3- front of building with balcony. Nice touches with milk in fridge, tea and coffee and useful guide book and information.

No outside space. Shame not allowed to use the table or garden out front. However, right on the front with excellent facilities.
