The facilities and amenities were excellent,value for money.Cozy beds,lots of space in wardrobe,bright lights ,clean room very spacious .I was impressed with the breakfast .Very good food service,good menu,not overly extensive .Food was very good quality all around.Prices were reasonable.Their kind gesture and hospitality has been beyond satisfaction .As a solo traveller I felt so safe around the property.The main center of attraction is the pool area. I’ve never seen this kind of pool design in my life.Overall a very pleasant experience.

Actually to be very honest I loved everything about the property

Mr Kaushik Chakraborty really takes care of his guests, going into the minute details. He is an asset to the team there. Charulata is a residential complex over several acres with a temple inside. Just walking around the complex is very relaxing. The food is fabulous!

The room could have been cleaner and well prepared. I had to ask for several basic necessities, which of course the team fulfilled. There was no geyser on the day we arrived, but the team promptly installed it the very next day and accommodated us in a larger room for the 1st day. They could have been proactive about all this.

The space is huge

The good part ended with the location and outdoor spaces. The rest of it is all trash. Everything, from the construction material to the furnishings were of a very poor quality and tacky. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms had no soap etc. But the worst was the service. There is not one professional personnel there. After waiting for lunch for over an hour, we barged into the kitchen to find the Manager smoking and drinking. I have photographic proof of the same. And once we saw the state of the kitchen and staff working there, we did not have any more meals there. The ladies who were cooking were the same ones who came to clean our toilets. Charulata residency is NOT a resort. It is a nightmare. If there is any authority to inspect the hotels, please visit Charulata. The photograph attached is of the kitchen.

It’s good for home stay, donot expect any professional service like 2-3 star hotel. Staffs are friendly and try their best.

I liked the staff behaviour and swimming pool.

I stayed for 2 nights but I felt that in between the room should be cleaned. The food prices are a bit expensive, especially when I ordered a tandoori dish, but they served me an oven fried chicken with the name Murg Mussalam. It cost me 790. But I didn't find that as a Murg Mussalam.

Everything was impeccably perfect

Room Atmosphere, Staff behavior, mainly Swimming pool. It's surrounding mango coconut and many trees.
