The property is charming, well designed, and for somebody else, probably very comfortable. My problem is that the platform bed was only about 14” high and had a memory foam mattress. I’m an older woman, and though I could manage to stand up from the bed by assuming a posture of “nose over toes,” I had great difficulty rolling over or moving in bed. I was stuck once I got in. My other problem had to do with cleanliness. The sheets had hairs and tiny crumbs of indeterminate origin in them. Luckily, there was a washer and drier so I laundered the sheets prior to using them. There was a staple on the floor near the steps to the sleeping area. Also, there were hairs on the walls of the shower enclosure. The unit was well stocked with soaps and other products. I didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was a nice efficiency arrangement. When I left the unit I couldn’t get the lock on the door fully engaged though I hadn’t had any problem with it during my two days of coming and going. The unit was attractive and very conveniently located. With a better mattress and more attention to detail in cleaning, I’d rate it very highly.

Clean and quiet. Conveniently located. Nice to have Starbucks coffee and a real coffee maker along with all the things you would need including coffee cups etc.

After check-in other guests open the door and tried to come in as there is some confusion with the main house and the guest house. Not a fan of the very firm memory foam style mattress we are more of a pillow top type couple Went to use the cushions for the patio chairs and one side was covered in dog hair from a previous guest and their animal

Location and space. Nice furniture and kitchen

Unit is unfinished and was rushed to rent. Entrance needs paint, back yard is a mess. A little gravel goes a long way. Inside is missing clothhangers,dresser, coffee table and lamps in living and kitchen area. TV needs to be on swivel so you can watch from bed. Housekeeping needs to step it up. When I arrived there was doghair all over doormats, deskchair and extra blanket. Dogpee all over outside deck. When I rented this place website was advertised as "Pets allowed, no extra charges" when they found out that I had a little dog with me they demanded extra fees and changed the website. This could be a beautiful little rental with a little more effort. 😕
