The view was excellent. The third room (after major complaints and threatening to leave) was more acceptable

The first two room were in the basement. Damp, stank of urine, filthy, dirty bedding, windows and doors didn’t close, breakfast was terrible and no place to eat apart from your room and then we waited 1.5 hours for it to arrive! The staff were useless and rude and generally unhelpful, particularly the manager who was even ruder and more arrogant.

Nice & confortable home stay. Professional manager & employees at the reception. Restaurant available for guests only, service room. Smiley & quiet place. Best view over the ganga in Laxman Juhla bridge area.

It is located on the banks of Ganges. Beautiful view from the room and balcony. Staff is very courteous

Quality of food The hotel has limited space. A bit overpriced

Breakfast was not included. Location was great with a fantastic view over The Ganga. However, it was difficult to find.

Nothing to dislike but quite basic for the price however, on second thoughts worth it for the view. I was at the very bottom and the entry was at the top going up the stairs with a pack on your back took caused a sweat.

The furniture and furnishings are of old type. But otherwise it is fair enough

the view from the room is very nice and they gave us an upgrade for free. heater in the room.

bathroom is small, hot shower lasts for 5 minutes and you have to wait another 20 minutes for it to get hot again.
