Hice una reserva para dos personas y una perra, recibimos un mensaje de bienvenida para nosotras y nuestra mascota, pero cuando llegamos la persona en la recepción fue de lo mas grosera para decirnos que no reciben perros. Estaba hablando por telf con su jefe y no escuchaba ninguno de los puntos que teníamos. Aún no sabemos si el error es de Booking o de los del hostal que no actualizan la información y nos hacen perder tiempo y dinero.

Lo peor fue el trato de la recepcionista

The manager upgraded my room because she could see that i was not happy about being expected to pay 20% more than Booking.com had quoted as my total.

Pretty much the worst service of any hostel I've ever stayed in on Booking.com. Even in my 'upgraded' room he bed was as hard as a stack of bricks... but not so sturdy, because as soon as I sat on it a board fell out from underneath. When I returned later in the afternoon the hotel was locked up and there was nobody at reception. I rang the bell and knocked continously but it was at least 10 minutes before anyone answered the door to let me in. The next morning it took an hour for breakfast to be served and i missed my bus. Don't stay here!

Very clean, friendly staff & great breakfast

Rosa was a wonderful host and we had a great stay. The breakfast was good and the place was quiet despite being a fairly busy street. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a little annoying to have to ring the bell every time to enter the place, but the plus side is that it is super secure.
