Nous pensions profiter de l’espace wellness mais il était en travaux Dommage que ce n’était pas précisé sur l’annonce car c’était une des raisons de notre réservation à ce prix

The pool was brilliant and perfect for our young child. The hotel building is beautiful.

It was a little further out of town than we had anticipated and the taxi fare was 20 euros one way for a ten minute drive. If future customers wish to have inexpensive, easy access to the town centre, they would probably be better placed to book a hotel within the town centre.

The hotel and resort are spacious and beautifully decorated. Interiors and garden very tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and very clean with good air conditioning. I highly recommend a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace with a beautiful sea view, so you can feel like a celebrity :) The staff was very kind and helpful. The water in the jacuzzi was changed whenever we needed it, and tennis rackets were given to us on every request. Food and coffee in restaurant very tasty. Big parking, close to Trapani Birgi airport, markets in the nearest area. Lovely dog Rocco :)

Breakfast was quite monotonous and only cold dishes were served. The food was not replenished. There are quite loud wedding receptions almost every day, lasting until about 1 am. Information from the hotel about planned events would be useful. The pool umbrellas are of poor quality and not enough for all guests. The lifeguard closes them when the wind is stronger so they don't break. Swimming caps are required in the pool. Some of the staff don't speak English which makes it a bit difficult to communicate. A playground for children in a place with shade would be great.
