Location is perfect, next to the beach, close to the city center or stores. Convinient parking on side

Problems with hot water and wifi. Toilette is broken and does not flush properly. One bedroom does not have AC unit. Kitchen equipment is very limited (not ideal if you planning to cook).

Clean, cosy apartment with good location, few minutes walk from the beach and center. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The location, few steps of the most popular beach in the area, and lungo mare… no need to take the car out. The view…. Sea View and City View….. specially in full moon when it comes from the sea. The host (Nino) and his family, all were very kind… inmediately felt welcome. Totally recomend Nino’s properties…. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Nice welcome great flat

We booked a triple bed room with our daughter. The location is great, very close to the beach and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helpful. The only thing we did not like was the view out of the room and the little space on the balcony. We were hoping for sea view but as we found out only the other room has a sea view. So just double check which one you choose.

Nino (the host) was very pro active in opening the communication channel and making contact easy. He is a person that pays attention to detail and one sees this reflected in the room style. They are very clean and fresh and well equipped (feels very homely). Thank you Nino and keep up the great work

The apartment was very large, comfortable and a great view of the sea. Nino was an amazing host and helped us throughout the stay with different advice for the city and helping with recommendations. He even offered to drive us to the train station and helped us with bikes. We felt very welcome and would definitely return. Beautiful place and very warm welcome. Highly recommend!

Nothing, everything was great!

Great location. Nino was really helpful with suggestions of where to eat and places to go. He lives on the site and was just a phone call way. Walking distance to city center great restaurants and at least 6 grocery stores within walking or short drive. Spent 2 weeks there and would go back again.

The apartment is in a great location, just across the road from the blue flag, sandy beach. It is also close to the town for bars and restaurants, shops etc. Pozzallo has a nice promontory where you can stroll in the evening and watch local people and tourists enjoying the area. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully clean. It has everything you could need, including washing machine and iron. It has a well equipped kitchen with everything modern and attractive. The host, Nino, is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to questions. We had an excellent time at Europa 1 and would be very happy to return.

The only small problem was that WIFI was not available much of the time but this was due to a network issue and so we were just unlucky on this occasion.
