Had problems with heating so was cold when we first got there but Ann quickly sorted it for us

No complaints, this is my new location when I’m in town. Easy access and everything you need and would expect from a home away from home. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, was well informed and staff were very professional and replied quickly with any queries.

There were road closures that we weren't aware of on other parts of the road, making it difficult at first to get to the apartment. However, as soon as we contacted staff, they promptly gave alternative routes and were very accommodating. Overall, we had a good experience and was able to work it out.

The place itself was very clean and cosy with an amazing view on the balcony, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Nothing, it was perfect!

This place was perfect. The entire apartment was flawless. When travelling, there are certain check lists I look out for in accommodation e.g. parking, cleanliness, this place had them all. Checking in/out was so easy. Plenty of parking spaces inside the facility, and if needed, outside too. Felt safe and secure. Apartment was spacious for a 1 bed, it could comfortably fit 4 people. Spacious open plan kitchen & living room. All kitchen equipment was provided, pots & pans, washing machine, dishwasher, cleaning equipment etc. Easy to log in internet & TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. There is a detailed customer folder with full instructions for the home, so no guess work needed, however most equipment is simple to use and we didn't need the folder. Beautifully decorated through out. Immaculately cleaned. The bed was big and very comfortable, (I wish I could take it home). It's in a quiet location. Has a balcony with canal view. A luxurious feel. Local supermarkets were within a 2 min drive. The prices were reasonable especially for this level of luxury. I was also impressed with the hosts. They were helpful and polite, their main concern was for my comfort and convenience. After booking, they send a well thought out email with tips about the accommodation, weather & travel preparations. If needed they can give public transport advice etc. They were responsive and I felt welcomed by genuinely warm people. During my stay I had a personal issue and had to call the hosts. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were. I wish all hosts were so helpful. I've stayed in several apartments around the UK and this one is one of the best, with the best hosts. It suited all my needs. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again. I recommend this place to any singles, couples & small families.

No lift. We were at the top, on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. It can't really be helped as it was built this way. There are 4 small flights of 6 steps, somewhat steep. However, there are landings and a sofa so those with limited mobility can take their time. It was a small inconvenience for us and didn't impact on the stay.

I loved the location, view and ambience. The hosts are very proactive and communication was swift and seamless. The property was very clean and tidy and everything that I needed to enjoy my stay was provided. I definitely will be coming back whenever i'm in town and recommending them to friends and family
