Location, reception

The cleaner, but after talk to the reception make it right.

- clean - relaxing - the view - infinity pool - room service (24hours)

- price value - not many activities - the cleaning staff entered the room while we were sleeping - lobby is too small for the price we paid. We were expecting something more luxurious.

Nice outdoor facilities and pool, friendly restaurant personal

- old rooms, cheap and bad beds, -mediocre food, not remotely 5 star - worst reception team we ever had - everything is a renag (e.g you want orange juice for breakfast. Sure. 5 euro extra)

The beach front deck

House keeping and room service is nightmare , No taxi service is available we waited and waited for taxi service, the hotel dose not have car service or shuttle. Very disappointing when u had to wait over 90 minutes for taxi ,,.. their Noway u can go walking . The management needs to figure it out.

The location is perfect 10 min by car to the marina Rooms size is just perfect

Service was horrible, staff not train at all , most of them has lack of training and language I gave many comments on services and cleaning but no action I don’t recommend it at all

Highly recommended to Stay. Very beautiful hotel, room, restaurant and staff. The view of the resort is impeccable.
