Property was located in a nice neighborhood and had a wonderful view. Plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms with individual baths were nice. Only thing negative I can think of would be to have a working fireplace and hot tub, possibly more comfortable Couch and matching chair and upper main level living. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay❤️

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for Christmas. There was enough room for every one. We have children ranging in age from 20-30 and we all enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook most of our meals here. The property management team was available and responsive. There was dishwashing, dishwasher & laundry soap. Towels were plentiful. We did run out of shampoo & conditioner. They were brought to us when we asked. Overall we had a positive experience and would return here. There were a few negatives. We made our reservation on VBRO with a credit card. When it was time to pay the rental company there was an high upcharge to use a credit card. No where on the VRBO site is this mentioned!! We would have rather used a credit card than write a check however we did not want to pay the high uncharge. One of the bedrooms had not been dusted. There was enough of a layer of dust to write something in it. We paid a nice fee to use this beautiful home. We believe there should be more than a starter set or low quality paper goods like a higher end hotel would have. With these negatives mentioned, we did have an overall positive experience here and would recommend a stay here.

There should be a snow shovel and some salt provided, but that's the extent of any suggestions.

Our group of four couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this roomy VRBO-condo. The large windows and patios provided an outstanding view of Lake Dillon. It was a short drive to the lake for going out in our kayaks and SUP. I highly recommend this property.

We visited Dillon during the summer with our family and could not have asked for a better place to stay. From the incredible view of the reservoir to the modern and spacious 3 floors at the property, the townhome was everything we could have asked for. We would love to stay here again next time we visit!

The property was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The amenities were just what we needed to relax after a long day of motorcycling through the mountains. Perfect location for our adventure. We WILL be back.
