No ac in room, was 80 degrees the entire stay - even with having the “engineer” come into the room twice to “fix” it. We were never offered a new room with working ac. Google indicated it was .7 or a mile to Columbia hospital - inaccurate information, it was an additional 30+ min drive.

The breakfast was okay. The restaurant had no seating available and the location is just about okay

The room is small and the tariff is frightfully expensive for such a small room and in a poor location.

Great team of staff especially Tim. Very helpful and approachable when it come to knowledge of the area and assisting with making our trip nice and easy. Room was big and clean, wifi strong.

Saturday night was possibly the loudest we've ever had. And it wasn't partying....the industrial area opposite is soooo loud especially with a slightly broken window in the room. Unfortunately the area this hotel is located in is quite sketchy especially at night so I would worry for lone female travellers and young families.

Newer, roomier than most NYC hotel rooms. Needs and pillows comfy. But it was the staff that made it exceptional - helpful, friendly and responsive. Special shout-out to Sydonie- breakfast staff- she was the greatest!

The staff's service attitude is excellent, and they are always willing to help. The breakfast is good！

There are many small bugs in the coffee area, and the hygiene is poor. There are people using drugs with needles on the street nearby, making it unsafe for a leisurely walk at night.

Po długich poszukiwaniach zdecydowaliśmy się zatrzymać w tym hotelu z rodziną i znajomymi. Pierwsze wrażenie okolicy dookoła hotelu było średnie, ale w lobby spotkaliśmy Polaków, którzy byli tu wcześniej i bardzo chwalili hotel :) Pokoje i łazienka nieduże, ale czyste, łóżka wygodne. Widok z 10 piętra cześciowo na Manhattan a częściowo na kominy elektrowni, z której dochodził też jednostajny szum. Udało nam się znaleźć darmowe miejsce do zaparkowania przed samym hotelem. Dosyć duży wybór na śniadanie, english muffins, gofry, jajecznica i jajka na twardo (cage free), owsianka, jogurty owoce itd. Bardzo dobry i szybki dojazd metrem na Manhattan. Personel w restauracji i recepcji bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Szczególne podziękowania dla Kathea z recepcji - jesteś najlepsza! :)

Easy access to the subway, a 10-15 walk, and buses next to the subway entrance. Near the bus stop to Roosevelt Island. Breakfast was great, They had scrambled eggs, different meats each day, waffles, bagels, fruits, juices, everything a person would want to start the day. I have no complaints. The staff was great, they cleaned the tables quickly for the other guests to sit.

The location was not great. The hotel is in a sketchy area of Long Island City. It's in an industrial area, very dark, with low lighting. A lot of people sitting on chairs on the sidewalks. Not easy to walk through. It's dark on 9th street walking to the hotel from 40th Street.

Didn't have breakfast. Room was great.

I like that they had a bar inside of the Lobby Area.

The Property is located in a bad neighborhood and if you park your vehicle on the street, please be aware of possible theft or parking ticket if you don’t read the signs properly.

Duże przestronne pokoje, sprzatanie codziennie, miła obsługa - śniadania codziennie te same w stylu amerykańskim ale każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie i to o 7.8 czy 9 rano. Lokalizacja blisko metra i samego centrum.

Okolica nieprzyjemna ale nie niebezpieczna, można przywyknąć do widoków :)

Very clean and comfortable. Good price for New York. Close connection to the metro system which gets you to Manhattan 20-30 minutes door to door. We noticed that the staff spent a lot of time cleaning each room, which we took as a positive sign that they clean very thoroughly. Even our coffee machine was cleaned on the inside. Note on the location: The first impression can be negative as it is in Long Island City (Queens), an industrial area that is slowly becoming urbanized. We did check crime rates before going - they are low, lower than Manhattan. We walked around a lot at night and felt safe and enjoyed the bubbly neighborhood atmosphere. There are many awesome Deli's that are extremely cheap, something rare so close to the center.

Breakfast was bad. Not sure if we hit them at a bad time or something. When we sat down there were only slices of plain bread, and everything to put on it was gone. So I instead went for the muesli. Once I found a bowl, there was no milk. Once I managed to find the last bit of milk, there were no spoons left. Using a disposable spoon, I next searched for coffee but there were no cups. Found one cup hidden in a corner only to discover that all the coffee machines were empty.

Los alrededores no son los mejores ni los mas bonitos. No tiene parqueadero para huéspedes.

Breakfast was ok but there were few places to sit and it was uncomfortable.

The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t work well and there was no garbage can in the bathroom. The fire detector flashes very bright at night and was disturbing while trying to sleep.

The room was clean , the breakfast was fine ( many propositions) . The property was near public transportion

The bathroom is very small and the closet to tiny, the hotel is near to a community that can look unsafe but it’s not.
