Cute little cabin for a getaway. Nice area a little further from all the chaos in town but not completely secluded. The hot tub was a nice bonus, much needed relaxation. I enjoyed having balcony access on every level. Check-in/check-out and access with a code made it an easy process to go through.

I was a little disappointed the windows didn't have screens in them to be able to open without bugs getting in. The loft on top shouldn't be used for taller people, Im 5'2 and was able to go up and down without issue but maybe if I was an inch or 2 taller I would've hit my head. Also when taking my dog out to potty, there's not a lot of space in the front for him to find a good spot. Most potty breaks were done while out and about on more of a flat area.

Nice and remote location. Cozy cabin and not too far away from the attractions. Great concept. I do like the fact that we had an incident that involved us losing our key, and the customer service lady helped us the best she could. There was only one key so they drilled through the door to get us in at no additional cost to us, but that’s why you pay additional fees.

The was mouse droppings and crumbs on the kitchen counters, and broken glass on the ledge of the stairwell. We had to clean those both ourselves. The jacuzzi was also filthy and full of leaves and half full of water. We contacted customer service and we were told they don’t do any discounts or price reductions. There was also an outlet that was out of the wall, which I definitely feel is a fire hazard.

6 family members all comfortable, nice together spaces.

wish main floor bathroom had longer window shade.

Code for lock box was not correct on my email message. I had to call to get the correct code. Honestly I thought it would've taken forever to get it but they got it to me in less than a minute

The views were great, and the location was perfect. We visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our last evening there, as we were resting and enjoying the back deck, we were visited by 2 black bears. They hung around for a while and were very entertaining.
