The bath was amazing really large and the shower. Kitchen was spotless. It was comfortable and all the tv was already logged in. WiFi was great. Large convenience store right next to it. Very light as had lots of windows. Host was really friendly over the phone. Towels were nice and soft and we were provided with them. Smart heating and usb ports. Property has its own front door and parking right outside. It was so modern and offered luxury. Very spacious accommodation. Near Chessington (around 15 minutes away) we would 100% come back. Our children loved it and didn’t want to leave. I will say again host was great at communicating and friendly.

There is a lot of stairs to get to property so if mobility is an issue or very young children this would/could be difficult. Parking space was abit tight if you have a big car. The doors needed door stops as they shut automatically and are heavy.

Right by the road but very quiet, parking right outside and a convenience store just around the corner. The communication was excellent and friendly.

Our bed was a little creaky but not too big a deal, I'm just a bit of a light sleeper. The kitchen was very spacious, a few bits of spilled spices and food marks on the cupboards, but really nothing much to complain about.

It was the ideal location for our stay. Quiet and flat was in good condition and has a couple of nice bathrooms.

We did not need to use the cooking facilities within the flat. But it would helpful future occupations to have some cooking utensils. Wine glasses and bottle open would be a good addition too.

Cleanliness was very poor, unsafe for children and not a cosy home at all.

Nice location, within walking distance of Thames Ditton station.

Everything was good.
