Great location in the very center of Radovljica - this place really is an Art House, being a professional pottery workshop run by the hosts, located in an old historic building at the Old Town. This was an unusual experiance every day walking through the halls with all pottery materials, tools and artwork in progress. Appartment was at the attic, very spacious and full of light, rustic style decorated with pottery artwork. Hosts were very nice, welcoming and helpful, so we felt like at home there. This is one of these rare places with a soul and we will be glad to come back in the future. Highly recommended! some tips: Dining: several very good restaurants around, we especially liked Augustin vis-a-vis the Art House and a Baffi pizzeria. Cycling: this is a grat location for cycling trips to Bled, Bohinj, Skofja Loka, Kranj and other places - both road/gravel/MTB. There is a safe place to store the bicycles in the building. Parking; city parkings are for up to 3h 9-17 Mon-Fri, so enough to unload the luggage. The host recommended us a free gravel parking behind a school 400m from the appartment.

This is a new appartment, so these are suggestions not criticism - we still rate it at 10 :) Part of the building seems to be in renovation so except the artwork stocked everywhere, there is some tools/materials clunkery around (only in the halls, the appartment was all fine and clean). We didn't mind that too much but it may be a problem for some. There is only a very small kitchen downstairs now, Another one upstairs with a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker would improve the comfort a lot.

Amazing old building with hundreds of years of history right in the middle of city center. Brand new apartment wit everything you need. Amazing kind hosts who helped us with everything. Restaurants right across the door.

Loved the old town, loved the home and the room. Great restaurants, cafes, museums in the square. Minutes from Lake Bled and Lake Bovinj. And the hosts were great!

The beds were a little squeaky.
