Location was excellent and thr property was very clean and had good facilities
It was not made apparent that the bathroom was in the downstairs level, which proved problematic during toilet trips through the night. Also the designated parking that was advertised had cars parked there already.

Location was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for a five day stay.

The place Hebden Bridge was truly lovely.
Places were within walking distance to where we stayed.
Weather was not too grand but we still enjoyed ourselves immensely.
Would hightly recommend this as a place to visit.
There was nothing not to like about Hebden Bridge.
We were very disappointed with the attitude of the cleaner/host.
When we arrived at the premises as at the agreed time,
it was still not cleaned. I was irate😠
When I phoned her to tell her that, she was extremely rude. Instead of calming the guest and accepting responsibility she screamed at me. Saying she didn't know there was a guest the previous night and will come and clean it.
I myself am a host in South Africa and there is no way you don't know that a guest stayed at your place.
Unless the owner himself booked someone privately without informing the host.
And if she didn't know there was a guest how did the guest know to strip the beds etc🤷♀️
The host sends that message the day before the guest leaves.
So all in all that was a dampner to our trip and makes me think twice about booking through your platform.

Very lovely location near all the shops.. we where on the peninne way and it was a very well deserved stop for us .perfect house 🏠

Lovely decor, comfortable beds.
Great shower
Unwashed mug in the cupboard and some of the cutlery hadn't been washed.
10am check out and beds needed stripping before departure

Great location just off the town centre on a quiet residential street.
Signs indicated it was permit parking only which made me a little nervous as we weren't provided with a guest permit- thankfully we didn't get a ticket

Location is right in the hub of all of Hebden and near all cafes and bars
This truly was a place not to complain about, however the nights are becoming cooler and we didn't know
how to put the heating on and wasn't even going to attempt to.
I would suggest a plug in fire/heater in the fireplace they have for instant heat when needed.
But it didn't ruin my opinion - we wrapped up with throws.

The house was immaculate and very stylish. Beautiful views from the windows.
The man next door was extremely rude to me and my mum when we sat outside in the flower/ plants area. We thought it was part of our accommodation, but he made sure we never sat their again. He became extremely agitated. Maybe he gets people sitting their often. Maybe a sign would be nice to warn others.We obviously moved and apologised.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very close to town. View of hills from front step cafe table and seating. Both of the double bedrooms are gorgeous

The property was clean and inviting.
The neighbours above. They were so noisy, we had booked a night away to get away from our own children and spend so time together, however seeing as though we were woken up early by the neighbours we just ended up coming home early.

Can park 2 cars off-road, outside the front door!
Fantastic location, to visit the town on foot, without needing to drive and then find a parking space. The Old Gate Pub does great lunchtime Tapas and has a lovely evening meal menu. Everything in walking distance, too.
Nedds a "mind your head" notice, halfway up the stairs, a handrail at top of stairs and a handrail in the shower. Maybe some playing cards or games, in case it rains, or you just want a lazy day. Maybe some books. Maybe some Tourist Info leaflets about local places of interest.

Straggled to find the property as the house numbers on the street don’t follow… key safe was hard to locate and open. I informed the host, I’m sure it will get sorted.

Beautiful property, clean, comfy and stylish.
The numbers on the street were a little confusing and once we found the property it was hard to find the key lock box. It could be useful to give directions when you release the code. When we got to Hebden we could not access the property due to road closures and road works in the city centre - we had to park and walk with all our luggage. Would have been good to know about this in advance of our stay.

Brand new fixtures and decor - high quality. Very convenient location.
Communications with host were great
Because it’s new, some aspects would have enhanced the stay - instructions for Wi-Fi, how to turn on heating, handle for getting in/out of shower. I fed this back to the host.
