This was our first time visiting Saint Augustine, and we wanted to be close to the beach in a nice size condo with access to a pool. This place definitely delivered! It was very clean and had all the kitchen supplies that we need for the week. The beds were very comfortable. Because half the week was rained out due to hurricane Debby, I reached out to the host to see about staying an extra day and he was very quick to get right back to me. If we ever make it back to Saint Augustine, I would definitely consider staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The renovations were top notch. The pool and beach were easily accessible and excellent. The location was perfect for doing all we sought to accomplish.We would reccomend the owners invest more in the kitchen, particularly silverware, place settings and cookware, were adequate but in short supply. The only issue we encountered was lack of parking in the lot after we returned from fireworks in town. There were many vehicles that had no passes or were given extra passes that occupied spots for paying guests. We found space but it wasn't designated.Overall we loved it!

We loved Unit 79! It has recently been completely remodeled. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and has new full sized appliances. The patio also has nice comfortable furniture. Paul, Shawn and Kelly at Resort Rentals are a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our 2 month stay and have reserved it for next winter.

Great condo, beautifully renovated with plenty of storage space. Beds are very comfortable. The condo needs more kitchen dishes. We were family of 5 and had to run dishwasher after couple meals.

This was a great condo and very clean. My only reason for giving it only 4 stars was I thought it could have furnished a few more staples. We had to go buy things like garbage bags, paper products, etc. we were flying so we couldn't take anything left over when we left so we just gave it away. I would recommend this rental to others.

We had a great time! The condo was great - large, clean, steps away from the heated pool. The only reason I gave 4 overall stars instead of 5 was the lack of kitchenware - larger bowls etc.

This property is true to its online photos - and the location near one of the pools is great. The private beach access is a short walk and we had no difficulty getting our stuff to and from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals (rather than going out for everything). We would definitely stay here again!
