This house was out of the hustle and bustle but close to all activities north and south. Prompt answers from host. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of beach towels for the hot tub or beach. Would be nice to have a small cooler and folding chairs for exploring or beach. We enjoyed our time!

This was a family gathering to celebrate a birthday and have a reunion. The house is very roomy and perfect for such a gathering. The owners have clearly thought of everything. The house is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, the towels are oversized and plush, etc. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.

This place was amazing! We stayed here with some friends for a snowboarding trip and it’s the best cabin we’ve ever stayed at in Tahoe. The location is perfect - less than 10 minute drive to Heavenly Resort. There were so many lovely touches with the property, such as welcome snacks and beach towels for the hot tub. Robbe was super accommodating and responsive, even graciously allowing our group to have a late checkout. Truly can’t recommend this wonderful property enough!

There are so many positives about this property. Let's start with the host Robbe... he's awesome. We stayed at this property during one of the biggest storms Tahoe has seen in years. Robbe went out of his way to make sure the parking pad was cleared of snow before we arrived and also had lanterns and other emergency items ready for us in case we lost power during out stay (we didn't lose power). The home is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of room for large groups. Several people in my party commented on how comfortable the beds were. The view off both back decks is breathtaking. The location is really close to the Boulder and Stagecoach lodges at Heavenly. We will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future. Thanks again Robbe.

This was our 10th annual Dads weekend ski/ snowboard trip & this was one of our favorite locations we’ve stayed. We were supposed to stay at another location ( Ski in / out ) & just a few months back that property sold and Canceled our reservation. We booked this location & it worked out great. Everyone liked the house & our time there.

Everything that was described about the premises was true but in actuality it was even better !! Accommodation, amenities, cleanliness, communication with owner and not a property management and location location !! I would highly recommend this home especially for a family trip. The only issue I ... or me ... had was that TVs were directed to streaming on your own accounts of which I did not have availability to. This home was a wonderful find and would not hesitate to rent the same again. Best ever !!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It had plenty of room for our party of 9 and everything the adults and kids could need/want. It was in a great location. Close enough to hikes and the beach but out of the busy center of town. The backyard backed up to the forest and the kids had a blast exploring around. We had one bathroom plumbing issue that was quickly taken care of by the host. He was readily accessible for any questions we had. We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Our family had THE BEST time at this fabulous mountain home tucked a few miles up the road from Lake Tahoe. We’ll stay here again - and again. If you’re thinking of renting for your fam or a group of friends, don’t hesitate. All the rooms were 5⭐️, thé home was very spacious with games to play and a pool table! We all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub listening thé sounds of nature. A stunning view of the surrounding forest and mountains. Thank you for letting us enjoy your family’s home.

The host was amazing and extremely generous, very communicative, property was exceptional, every detail had been thought of. The only bummer was we were without power on Saturday but we made the best of it (out of control of the host and he was more than willing to work with us and handled everything perfectly). We had a wonderful time, thanks again!

Really can't say enough about this house! It was absolute perfection for our family vacation of 10 guests, including 4 young kids. The owner really thought of everything. The house was immaculate and nicely decorated. Bed linens were fresh, towels were nicely folded in each of the rooms, and a welcome tray was stocked with drinks and snacks for our arrival. The kids LOVED the room with the bunkbeds and were well-entertained by the TV, Wii console, books, and games. The kitchen had more dishes and cookware than we could have needed. Fans in every room worked perfectly fine to keep the house cool during the summer. Parking was easy. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. We're already planning our next trip back to this house in the winter!

We had a group of 8(4 couples)…. This home has 6 bds and 4 full baths.. it worked perfectly during the Celebrity Golf Tournament month! It’s a 6 minute drive down the mountain to the main strip, that leads to South Tahoe(where you can just about do anything, including a gondola ride up the mountain(to Heavenly Ski Lodge), gambling, breweries and shopping) and to Incline Village in North Tahoe! We really enjoyed the views while in the hot tub and using the bottom floor pool table! I also highly recommend the northern trails, as well as a pontoon boat rental for beautiful views of Lake Tahoe!😍 SUCH A PEACEFUL PLACE that is fully equipped with everything you need. The owner is extremely accommodating & responsive to any questions that we had! I definitely would use this home again for a stay in South Tahoe! Thanks Robbe!!

Can’t say enough about our stay in Tahoe! The house was perfectly set up for our group of 10. Beds were very comfy. Pillows, linens, and towels were top quality. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Brand new carpet throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Having two separate living areas gave us room to spread out, but we also had room outside with two decks (the hot tub was a hit with everyone!) Neighborhood was quiet, and the house backs to the forest - very relaxing! Nice outdoor reading areas. Downstairs had games for kids and adults. Something for everyone. Robbe left snacks and wine for us on arrival, which was a very nice touch. Our group has been vacationing together for 10 years and this was by far the favorite place we’ve stayed. Everyone was impressed and felt right at home! Communication with Robbe was SO easy and efficient. I felt he really cared that his house was ready for our group, and he responded quickly to every question. Highly recommended this Luxury Mountain Home in Tahoe!

Great property, very clean and lots of facilities. Sadly we had some problems that were not dealt with. The leaking from the immense snowfall was unfortunate but did make the bedroom carpet very wet and one day there was a leak above the toilet, we used a lot of towels to mop up the water. The real problem was the the lock in the main front door didn’t work so we couldn’t use that door at all. We were lucky to get in the first day. If there had been a fire downstairs we would have had a serious problem. The downstairs door was usable but we could not lock it when we went out. This caused concern among our group about leaving valuables/passports in the property when we all went out. The key pad was supposed to have been fixed but you could not get in from outside the property as the lock mechanism only partially opened. It was very inconvenient when we left the property at the end of the week as the people sleeping upstairs had to drag all our luggage/skis/snowboards downstairs as the front door wouldn’t open and then drag it all back upstairs outside in the deep snow to get to our vehicles. The owner passed on our comments to the housekeeper but the problem was not resolved. A real shame but we still had a lovely skiing holiday. We were requested to put the bedding/wet towels from soaking up the leaking in the bedroom into the washing machine when we left but there was no detergent powder or liquid left available. We were not offered any compensation for inconvenience.

I was a pleasure once again. This was our second stay at this property . Convenient to the slopes, the casinos and shops.

The house is gigantic with plenty of space for everyone. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stoked. The host was fantastic as she answered messages promptly. During our stay, I contacted the host about the hot tub and the housekeeper came over and took care of it. Overall, it was a great place and I would highly recommend it!

This house has it all! Great sized bedrooms for everyone to have their own privacy, TVs and games, big kitchen, and amazing access to Boulder lift. We couldn't have picked a better house for our group.

Herta was very accommodating with great communication throughout our stay from booking the trip until our departure. There was A LOT of snow to the point we almost got snowed in. Herta was so kind and told us of we got stuck we could stay there until the roads cleared at no charge so we could get home safely. The hot tub was very nice and the cabin is very welcoming and cozy with plenty of room for us to sleep comfortably. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We just stayed at this beautiful mountain home over the New Year’s weekend and had the BEST time! The house is super spacious to allow two families (total of 10 people) to sleep comfortably. We also had a two year old toddler with us, and it comes equipped with the high chair and crib which was so helpful for us. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it so easy to cook pretty much anything you want! And I cannot say enough good things about the location of this house!!!!!! It’s minutes away from Boulder Lodge allowing fast and easy access to the mountain. It’s also very short distance to all the casinos in the town. We had a wonderful time, and the owners were very gracious! You will not regret your stay here!

My family and I had an excellent stay at this Lake Tahoe residence. It was very clean, well equipped and close to everything. It had great views and my family loved the pool table and jacuzzi. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a great experience in Lake Tahoe.

Lovely, comfortably furnished home, well stocked kitchen, all as advertised. The property manager was always quick to respond to various questions and was accommodating to specific requests. Overall, my family was very pleased. The only comments that were negative related to the condition of mattresses, which for the most part, sagged in the middle. Still, this home, and the property owner, are highly recommended.

We had a group of friends that flew in from all over the states. The house was great, limited parking, would have been better for a family. Also, seating in living area would have suited a family better than a large group of friends. The house was very clean, management was great to deal with. Overall a great experience.

This place is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Up in the trees but close enough to town. Well stocked and Hertha is an amazing owner and answers any questions we had immediately. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub in backyard and grill to bbq. Definitely worth the money to stay at this house. We celebrated our 25th anniversary by flying our adult children and spouses in to celebrate and they loved it here. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This home was a great place for our family to stay. Close enough to Southlake Tahoe to enjoy it but far enough away to feel like you were staying in the mountains.

We had a great stay here! Even though forest fires affected our trip, it was great to be able to bunk down in the beautiful home and enjoy the hot tub/pool table/board games, etc. while only being a 10 min Uber ride from the casinos/restaurants/etc.

The house was incredibly clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. The neighbors were pleasant and it was very close to town. Loved every bit of our stay!
