The house is 15 minutes away from Vathy harbor. It has its own private beach, 20 meters away. The sea is very clean and the bottom is sandy. The huge garden with olive, banana and pomegranate trees is all yours. It is ideal for families and especially children. You can go alone or with your friends and relax in a quiet environment. There is a modern barbecue in the house. The owner put as many rice puddings in the fridge for us as there are people. The owner helped us with everything by phone. The house consists of two double apartments. The house is divided into two with a door. Another family was staying in the other apartment with us. You pass through a road with a wonderful sea view on the way to this location. I will stay longer on my next trip and rent this house again. I highly recommend it.

The only downside is that you can hear the sounds from the next apartment, and your voice goes to the next apartment.

De hele studio zag er modern en schoon uit. Mooie aangelegde tuin met beplanting er omheen. Buitendouche. Veel olijfbomen bij de oprijlaan. Koelkast gevuld met flessenwater. Mochten een fles eigengemaakte olijfolie meenemen. Er stond een lekker toetje klaar.

Geen handdoek wissel in de 4 dagen dat wij er verbleven. Met de warme dagen douche je vaak 2 keer per dag.

The house was super clean, fully equipped, everything was new from refrigerator to bathroom fixtures. The owner was super helpful and kind. Situated in a small village but well connected to Vathy and other villages, gave us the comfort of silence and privacy. We really enjoyed our holidays!

Great location direct at sea. Private area garden and in the house all the comfort necessary. Even an outside shower and hanging chair.

If the other house is occupied it is quit “Loud”. You can hear eachother walk, talk. For me it was not a problem but could be for Some.

A perfect beach house ten steps away from a very beatiful beach. We loved the house, its new, nicely decorated, very clean. Every little detail is very well thought, it was a five star experience. We stayed at Valia’s for four days and then at the city center for two days. The peaciful atmosphere that Valia’s offers shoıld not be missed. The garden has olive trees and its nice to spend lazy evenings in the garden. Or you can just read your book at the beach lying in the sunbeds. The beach had free to use sunbeds. The location, Agia Paraskevi is a hidden gem, very safe, local and had a very nice tavern, which is also very close to the beach house. You should shop before going there, taxi from Samos Town costs about 18-20 euros, the commute was easy. Self check in was smooth, the host was very nice and easly reachable through booking messages. We will definetely stay again when we come back to Samos.

Every furniture was new and clean. Every need is pre-thought.
