Easy to check in and out. Very clean, all amenities for our stay of 10 people. We walked right into the beach. Love the rooftop! Parking a little tight for us, but we made it work. We loved this house with plentiful space for everyone!

The property was in a great location for us and had plenty of space and beds. The upstairs living space was very nice, and we loved the rooftop deck (although it didn't look like its online picture). There were several dirty linens and kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets when we arrived, but there were extra linens, happily, and we just washed the kitchen items we needed. I realize that owners can't make everyone happy, but I was disappointed that there were no baking pans, the downstairs kitchen had no Keurig, we almost ran out of toilet paper (we had to scrounge from other bathrooms), and there were no tissues or bars of soap. None of those small issues diminished our happy birthday weekend, though - the home was perfect for our big group! Thank you.

My brother, sister & I came with our spouses to celebrate my 65th birthday. The weather didn't cooperate but we had a great time none the less.

We needed a house to stay in that would accommodate our whole family! Everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty of room that we weren't tripping over one another. We made lots of use out of the overlook on the roof on a nightly basis along with daily and nightly walks along the beach since we were so close! Just a couple of minutes to reach the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch from the property! The owners were very hands on and quick to respond in anything that we needed for our stay! We will definitely be booking with them again next year!!!

I would highly recommend this beautiful and spacious home. It features not just one but two kitchens and a lookout over the ocean that has spectacular views. The beach access is fantastic, and you are right on the Saint Augustine beach strip with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream in walking distance! It is not far from downtown. Fantastic spot for a family or large group as it has 5 separate bedrooms! It also has a fenced back patio space which adds to the experience.

Amazing location, walking distance to the beach. Very spacious with multiple levels and kitchens. Had everything we needed. Bonnie was wonderful and ensured everything was good.

This house is in a great location - you can walk to the beach and to several eating places nearby and it is only a 20 minute drive into the St Augustine downtown historic area. And the house itself is great - clean and updated and the roof top deck is the icing on the cake!

We all loved the house. It was big enough for everyone and they appreciated all the bathrooms. It was a short walk to the beach and a quick ride into town.

Great proximity to the beach and very walkable to a few great coffee shops / restaurants. Also only about a 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. 11 of us stayed very comfortably. Unfortunately the top deck and the porch were closed due to a leak. We were sad to not be able to use that, but the property manager was very transparent about it and kept us updated along the process.
I will definitely second what another review said about the ovens. I preheated the oven to 350 one morning and it took nearly 45 min to pre-heat. We used the stovetop for most of our cooking and that worked perfectly fine. Plenty of serving dishes, plates, bowls, glasses, etc.
Overall it was very spacious and the location was great.

Our family enjoyed our Spring Break! The house was great for our family. When we arrived, we had ac issues, but after one message, the ac repairman was there within 30 minutes for the fix. Great response by all. We enjoyed the location, short walk to beach. Restaurants, ice cream. Publix was a short drive. Very pleased with this house!

We had 13 adults in our group and there was plenty of space for us all! The house was clean and spacious. The rooftop deck was a favorite for sure, and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Great location with lots of fun things to do. The only issue we encountered in the house was with the ovens, as they took hours to preheat and prolonged the baking process of everything. Thankfully, we were near several good restaurants! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Photos do not do this properly justice. It is a beautiful home, steps from the beach. Quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for my large party of people (we had 17 show up) It was wonderful that both couches made beds. If I ever return to Saint Augustine we would definitely rent again.
