Property was perfect for us. Easy access to ESPN and other parks. Good food and grocery options close. Clean and spacious.

Home is a perfect location. All bedrooms in the first floor. Few mishaps around arrival. They were taken care of immediately. Home could use a bit more care. Low maintenance. Like toilet paper holder in first bedroom not attached to wall. Blinds are not uniformly aligned, makes it difficult to open… but we had a GREAT time!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

We recently came back from a 6 night stay. Two of which our plans were cancelled due to the hurricane. We didn’t have many plans to spend a lot of time in the home but the hurricane forced us to buckle down. We were grateful for the ping pong table and arcade games in the garage. After reading other reviews I would have to agree about updates needed and pots and pans could be better. But for the most part everything was lovely, and the updates needed weren’t that big of a deal for us. Communication was quick and clear throughout our planning and our stay. Disney parks were no more than 15 minutes away so if you’re in town for Disney the location is perfect! We were able to leave the park and come back for a break and then return to the parks in the evening. There is a Walmart less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We were only able to use the resort facilities, pool, & slides on the day of our arrival but the kids had a great time! Only thing that would have made this stay absolutely perfect was if nature didn’t throw a hurricane at us and we had more time to enjoy all that was offered.

We had an amazing time at Citrus and Sage. The house is lovely and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, as was the png ping table. . The property manager was extremely responsive to some very minor issues and had them tended to immediately. The location is close to numerous restaurants and a huge Walmart. We had an amazing time and loved every minute.

The location of this house is absolutely amazing if you're going to Disney. It was close enough to leave the theme parks and returm to take a short swim in the middle of the hot day to cool off and grab food and then get back to the parks. It was very nice to have a pool to come back to at night and not worry about it being closed. It is close to many stores and restaurants too. The neighborhood is nice and the employees working the gates are friendly. My kids loved the waterslides. The house was very clean. I don't care about updates as some mentioned, but I do care about cleanliness and it was very clean upon arrival. If I were going to list any cons: it needs a big pot added to the kitchen. Making a double batch of spaghetti for 7 people(we wanted it to cover dinner for 2 nights) was a bit tricky without a big pot, but we made it work. The bathrooms that only have showers could use a caddy to store things on. Again, this is nitpicking only for those who may want to know. And those are the absolute only things I could offer as needing improvement. For us, it was perfect. We would have needed 3 hotel rooms or an expensive suite to accommodate our group at a Disney property and this gave us space we needed plus more and we saved a ton of money. I would definitely recommend this house and would absolutely stay again.

pros- great location (best of 10 stays in Florida so far), secure manned gated community, fab pool area with sunshine all day long, had a great holiday with the family visiting all the disney parks, very close to walmart (don't go at night to shop, its a nightmare as so busy), lots of restaurants close by on 192, management company responsive to issues/good comms cons- cleanliness not up to standard (reported this and resolved on the day to some extent but still needs more attention to detail as not as I would expect/want), villa well used and needs repainting, carpets looking very grubby due to high usage so need cleaning or replacing. If these issues addressed I would definitely return but not until a deep clean and refurb completed

House was nice. Dishwasher was i rough shape and didn’t work well. Could have been a better supply of pots and pans. Overall made do and was a nice vacation.

Stayed here 3 years ago and finally were able to make a return trip. It was just as comfortable and clean as we remembered. We paid for pool heat, which was great because we were able to swim even during the chilly evenings. Loved the addition of the games and ping pong in the garage. We made time to visit the water slides and playground this trip and enjoyed both. We were all sad to leave and hope to return again.

The house was exactly as we expected plus some. Centrally located with easy access to anything and everything. Easy to get ahold of the property management with any questions.

Everything was great . House was very clean. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Pool man came in the morning a few times and made sure the pool was clean , treated and that there was enough water witch was great because with my daughter jumping and splashing we prob lost a lot of it lol. It had 2 dining areas , a seating area at the center island and one living space . Would have preferred 2 living spaces instead to relax after a long day with our large group , but I wouldn’t let that get in the way of renting it again. The main bathroom that is connected to the bedroom with the twin beds , the bathroom door didn’t lock and the toilet paper holder was broken. But , again I wouldn’t let that get in the way of renting again. Its so minor compared to the great things . We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Neat, clean, and super easy check in/out.

We rented this property because of its proximity to Disney as well as Universal for our family vacation and it was perfect. Walmart was right down the street which was great when we needed to go on a quick shopping trip. The house was well equipped with the basics that we needed and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely recommend and use this property again.

We love Windsor Hills. It’s a beautiful resort that is so close to Disney. It’s gated, so we feel safe. It’s convenient to restaurants and shopping. The house we stayed in was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our family. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax in and soak after a long day at the parks. The community pool is so much fun with the slides. We also loved our grilled lunch from the on-site store. The value is unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a memorable trip! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great utilization of space. Each bedroom having a bathroom was a plus. Enough room to move around. Close proximity to Disney World and freeway.
