The house was very nice. There was plenty of sleeping options and the outdoor area was very nice. My only negatives are that the master bed did not have a box spring. It's probably ok for most people, but I have an arthritic back, so not very good for me. The master shower is a rain shower, which i don't care for. There are also no towel racks. That aside, we had a great time and this was a great way for our family to have a place to hang out.

Very comfortable

This is the 2nd year staying at the property. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Very clean and well maintained. Only criticism would be the internet. The internet was down for several hours and when it came back it was extremely slow. Since the TV’s all run on internet we had to leave the house to watch Football.

This is my 2nd summer vacationing from Indiana and we love it . Wish we had more days but I was late to book and only 4 days were available . Thanks Nancy ,great home coming next year 2023.

We were traveling for our company and found this property fit our needs very well. Only unfortunate part of the location is the proximity to stores or convenience stores. We had to coordinate ubering everywhere. We ended every time but one in the pool. It was very refreshing after a hard day at work.

This property is a wonderful rental. The home is very beautiful and there is enough space. The kids had a blast in the pool. The evenings outside were relaxing. Would definitely recommend. The only small issue are the bunk beds as the top beds might need a bit of adjustment as they felt loose and the kids were a bit scared to sleep on the top bunks because they felt they would fall. Other than that, this is an awesome rental and we enjoyed our stay and weekend.

This was an amazing property. Would highly recommend this location. Clean, spacious, and nice neighborhood. We used this house for a jump off point to do local birding. Easy to South Padre and west to McAllen.

We were three families, 6 adults & 5 kids and we all slept comfortably with room to spare. The pool was an excellent past time for the kids when we were home in the evenings. Location was a perfect 7 min from my family’s ranch where we spent NYE weekend. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a place in this location. Very reasonably priced for what we got in return. I give this home 5 stars!

Overall the stay was great. Home was very nice and spacious. The only negative is that the lawn wasn't cut prior to our arrival. The high grass worried my wife as we didn't let the kids play outside nearly as much due to the grass being cut and spiders being all over the play ground. Other than that, it was a 5 star. I'm sure if I would have communicated that to the host, they might have taken care of the lawn issue. However, I took pics of the issue but never reported it to our host.

With the open concept living room and kitchen and many beds, it was perfect for our holiday gathering.

The property was nice and spacious but I don't believe 14 people would fit comfortable though which is their listed max guest count. There are not enough showers for that capacity so getting that many people ready would be a challenge especially in a time crunch. Please BEWARE of the iron provided at the rental house. It ruined the buttoned down shirt that my fiancé was going to wear for our wedding! It stained his white shirt with what appeared to be mold coming out of the iron's steam holes of the soleplate. We had to scramble around to find an alternative shirt at a local store at the last minute which was very stressful and inconvenient as we were already on a short time schedule. Had I known there would be mold in the iron and that it would ruin his shirt, I would have opted for the dry cleaners. I am not from the area so I was not familiar with any trustworthy dry cleaners. But I trusted that a rental company would maintain their property amenities properly. I informed the property rental company of this issue and they did not want to compensate for the shirt or provide any other type of compensation for the major inconvenience. Also, the master bed was not comfy but if you like very firm mattresses then it will work for you. Same for the other beds. The backyard was the best part because of the pool, but it was super cold. Overall, we enjoyed the stay despite the unfortunate situation with the iron and lack of compassion and/or understanding on part of the property rental company (TurnKey Vacation Rentals).

The beds are extremely comfortable, the decor is beautiful. We did not get to enjoy it much as we were in town for a wedding and had any itinerary. The only negative for me was that they were not willing to budge on the check on our check out times. We had any 8 hour drive and it was brutal. Because we literally spent most of the time out due to the itinerary, I did not want to have to vacate the home by 10am. The ad said I could request it so I was hoping for and accommodation as a hotel would have.

My son and I stayed here. More than enough room for the two of us. Very clean. Smelled nice. Beautiful pool. Easy access to Brownsville and SpaceX.

Great place to stay since we planned to go to different places not just south Padre.. Nancy did tell us the day we were supposed to check in that the washer was broken that sucked because we had plans to wash our clothes since we weren't heading back right have check out. After looking at the most recent reviews we did see others said the Same thing that she let them know the washer was out right when they were checking in. Other than the washer ruining our plans on washing our clothes and having to plan a trip to a local laundry mat instead spending time with family by the pool the house was great. The pool was probably the best part of the house. The playground I wouldn't let my kids on because it looked a little worn out and not safe... if you plan on staying and cooking in the kitchen make sure to buy or bring your own utensils they had a few but just to be on the safe side bring what you need to cook with.
