Loved it - it was a great location and great staff.

If I had to find a negative the parking can be a little tough and the carpeted area makes it harder to move around accessibility wise.

The pillows were so hard. We didn’t use the pillow menu as we didn’t want to disturb staff but it would be good to have a variety of pillows in the room. The were 2 English breakfast teabags and lots of herbal and earl grey. It should be the other way round.

Fantastic room. It has everything you need. A fantastic gym even with a full squat rack which you never see in hotel gyms. A large sauna. We will be back. Breakfast is amazing as well.

The hotel was a great location and exactly what we were looking for.

An other wise perfect stay was ruined by an additional charge being charged to my credit card for a mini bar item that we did not use. We told the front desk that we had the white wine and paid the bill and then 12 hours later received a charge for a beer that we didn’t have. It doesn’t take much to ruin an otherwise perfect night.

Absolutely loved it here. Staff are amazing, the room and food were great, would definitely love to stay here again and have even told everyone I know about this place and put up posts on social media about how amazing this place is. Good job guys.

Only thing I can say I didn’t like it the doors are heavy and hard to open but other than that my stay was amazing.

Good location opposite Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club, walking distance to restaurants, free under cover parking, nice buffet breakfast with lovely bar and restaurant, great fitness centre with all modern equipment plus sauna on top level. Our Junior King Suite was spacious, lovely bathroom with corner view of Penrith Panthers and Mulgoa Road. Very quiet and relaxing stay, staff were friendly.

Cannot fault The Pullman in Penrith. The staff, the cleanliness, the comfort factor, amenities, bed & pillows - all exceptional. I have stayed there 3 times now and will only ever stay there when visiting the area again. Fantastic Hotel

They made a huge error on the electronic mini bar menu and had what I thought must have been their house wine on the list under “bottled wine”. I ordered it and then they came up with just a glass. They acknowledged their mistake but even in a supermarket they would honour these prices. Then when I raised it they wanted to check the electronic menu so someone came into my room while I was in my pyjamas. I was very uncomfortable. The person saw what the error was and still didn’t even offer a complimentary glass of wine for the inconvenience. I thought that was pretty poor service. It almost put me off. Also had lots of technical problems with the TV.

A bit of luxe so close to home, recommend dining at Marcels and the bar staff made brilliant cocktails. Spoil yourself..
