Very helpful staff, the room was spacious and had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. We had our two daughters with us and they even added some cute toys in there for them. Definitely will book again if in the area!

Location was perfect. The beach was so close. The street was very quiet and ideal for walking. The hotel is absolutely adorable and immaculate inside and out. The kitchen included all necessities. We will DEFINITELY return. Fernando Flats is top notch all the way!!! The owner is very responsive and is dedicated to providing the best experience for the guests.

It is perfect in every way beyond expectations.

Located really close to the ocean. Pool onsite and an excellent Marina resort within walking distance. Bicycles provided by the property allowed us to tour the local area

Not necessarily a con, but the cleaning product is rather strong. Could use something that smelt less chemically.

It was sparkling clean, very cozy and comfortable, very comfortable bed, full equipped kitchen, few minutes walking distance to the beach, property has bikes, we were able to ride to the plaza, that has excellent restaurants with live music.

We liked the layout,the location and the cleanliness of the place. It's close to a lot of things to do. Great that they have bikes and beach stuff for you to use! The property is so well groomed outside too. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Maria is a gracious and helpful host for sure.

Though we liked the outdoor games, a couple decks of cards or some kind of games would be cool for not so nice days. Not having a fan in the bathroom made it really wet in there when showering, even with the window open. That's it for the dislikes.

We loved the location and facilities! Kids had a great time playing around the front yard dan and night and even though it was a little cold, they enjoyed the heated pool and were super excited about the floaties readily available! Street is super quiet and calm, great for family with wild children who like to run around. We loved the Miami-core decor and the unit was tastefully updated, I particularly enjoyed the tile work. The remodel brought the flat up-to-date, but they chose to stay true to the 60’s vibes which I absolutely loved!! We always shy away from properties that look straight out of an Ikea catalog and were pleasantly surprised to find this property available for NYE! The kitchen was well equipped and we were so excited to find a sleeve of Bustelo when our boys woke up way earlier than expected and we realized nothing was opened yet 😌 Bathroom was great, love the pocket doors and was excited to find BIG FLUFFY TOWELS!!! In a world full of washcloth-sized towels, be Fernando Flats with the big fluffy ones! They also had disposable toothbrushes which I would have appreciated it so much if this hadn’t been the first time ever I remembered to pack them 😂 Our friends were anchored at the Sailfish Marina Resort which is a 5 min walk from the flat, they have great food and live music. Friends later moved to Rybovich which was only a 10min drive from Fernando Flats. Marie was fast and responsive and gave us all the information we could possibly need prior to our arrival. She also provided us with a comfortable pack and play for our toddler that was already set up when we got there. She is a thoughtful and graceful host and we felt at home during our whole stay. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and already planning on coming back when our friends sail back from the Bahamas!!

My only suggestions/considerations would be: - Safety latch added to the doors to ensure children don’t leave the room. The door to the flat opens to the outside and would have made hard to block it if we didn’t have a family procedure established for this already — we have two autistic sons who like to sneak out sometimes, but we travel prepared and brought a portable locking system. - Mattress was super firm memory foam which I loved, but my husband is a belly-sleeper and had a hard time getting comfortable. Maybe bring a soft mattress topper if you’re a soft mattress sleeper and are staying for longer than a couple days. - Sheets are microfiber, if you’re sensitive to them bring your own. - Sofa bed although beautiful, not spacious enough for a tall adult (over 6 feet) to nap on. But honestly you’re on an island, go outside and rest when you die 🤣

Spacious, clean, tasteful, good facilities including a small kitchen, very good location, parking lot, pool, everything was very good.

When we arrived there was a very strong smell of cleaning agent and the smell was difficult to remove over the next few days despite being ventilated. That was a shame, because otherwise everything was great!

I loved the property's exterior appearance. The interior of the flat was well thought out and completely perfect for my needs. The location was a beautiful island setting surrounded by luxury homes and luxury condos. Maria was the perfect hostess and quickly answered any of my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt ve4ry safe.

I didn't['t get to spend as much time as I would have liked exploring the area.

My wife & I loved the vibe of this revitalized mid-century motel. Owner-Manager-Decorator-House & Grounds Keeper, Jesse, was a delightful host who beams with pride & care for Fernando Flats. Especially, the comfort & pleasure of its guests. We’ve finally found the gem we’ve been looking for in Palm Beach Shores: A neat, clean, tastefully remodeled old school motel that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.
