Most of the hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. The restaurant staff are very nice.

This hotel was amazing. There is so much to do in the area and there was a rooftop restaurant and bar with beautiful views.

Great experience overall. I do wish there were some more breakfast amenities. Waffles maker, self serve food options. But everything is else is good.

My second stay here and it was just a good as the first time I’ve made this my go to for when I have to stay here.

My key didn’t work in the door, and the door didn’t lock, so you could just walk into our room.

The hotel has a modern feel. Very peaceful and clean. Rooms were clean with coffee makers, microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. Front desk staff was adequate. Cleaning staff was very warm and friendly. Note: the lobby is on the 4th floor. When we arrived, we were informed that bottle water was complementary. About 3 days into our stay, we were informed that the water “should have been charged for.” At a $1.85 that wasn’t too bad. However the day before we left I was charged $3.00 each for them with no explanation; only a weak apology. Then at check out I was charged an additional amount for my stay which was prepaid in advance. Meaning, to me, they up the rate I was given from Expedia. In a nut shell, I won’t be going back to this hotel. They seem to purposefully not tell their guests everything and make them pay for it afterwards.

Awesome staff

A very clean and well run hotel. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Only problem we had was our room key cards had to be reset 2 times during our stay. Each time it was quickly taken care of. It was a 5 star stay!

Everything was nice except the mattress and bedding……. And the lack of free breakfast. The breakfast not being offered was my fault for not conforming it before booking.

Pros-The rooms were large and comfortable. The a/c was great and cooled the room well. The beds were very comfy. They offer complimentary personal essentials. The desk staff was incredibly helpful, always cheerful and professional. Cons-The bathroom could benefit from having more hooks/bars to hang towels, etc. The cleaning staff did clean our room daily, but missed some things (like trash from the previous tenants), or they’d make one bed but not both, they also weren’t consistent with replacing the paper coffee cups. Finally, the info on the website regarding restaurant hours was wrong and the information I got from the staff was inconsistent. Would we stay there again, despite these minor issues…a definite yes!!

Excellent Service

Everything was great!! Nothing to point out as bad about the hotel. There is a Couple of places you can walk and enjoys drinks or food. Literally about 3 minutes from the beach area they have. I would love to go with friends or significant other for a weekend.

Very friendly staff, professional and courteous. Would have no problem staying there again. Convenient location.

The hallways still smell new! The online check in is efficient for those who like to settle in quickly. The decor is classy the layout is excellent. The balcony faces the lake. The toiletry is actually usable! Wonderful bed, pillows and linen. I appreciate the little details like a bar to hang a face towel on in the shower, plenty of serviceable towels etc. The price in my opinion is worth paying and then some and I’ll be back.

The place was well kept and comfortable for my travel purpose. I did however get some charges that the staff could not explain.
