The location was superb - we were able to leave the car parked close by for the whole weekend and walk everywhere. We were made to feel really welcome by our host - breakfast supplies, the apartment decorated for Christmas, suggestions on what to do & where to go. Everything exceeded our expectations.
We could hear noise from the local bar - but it was a weekend before Christmas so that was to be expected!

Nothing, the only constructive criticism from us would be that we found the air freshener was very strong for us. Otherwise a great stay.. We thought parking may have been an issue but as it turned out it was very easy to find cheap parking.. Thanks for providing a great property.

Very central right on high St and also river and Castle. Hosts were great and very welcoming. The little touches of milk and Cereal etc was lovely too. No faults at all.

Main bedroom was an odd shaped room with no bedside table one side & poor access because of steps other side.

The flat was comfortable and had everything needed for a stay that felt like being at home
Mark and Jo were so helpful and left us everything we needed. They gave us tips on where to eat and even left us some bread and milk 😄
We would definitely come back and stay here again

The property is perfectly located for Rochester’s main restaurants bars and sights.
It’s spotlessly clean and immaculate throughout. The hosts are so welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, very helpful and genuinely lovely people.

Mark the host, has paid great attention to detail in making the flat very welcoming, confortable and extremely clean. On arrival there was milk, tea, coffee, bread and cereal all layed for us. And because we arrived in the middle of a heat wave there were ice cubes in the freezer.
The flat is also right at the top of the high street so is in easy reach of the independant shops, bars and restaurants that are located there.
The flat is situated next to the A2 and the train station so can be noisy, especially if it is hot and you need the windows open.
