The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. I appreciated the fast acting heating as it was very cold when I visited Luxembourg

Getting in felt very stressful. The lock on the mailbox was difficult to open and I felt anxious having to fumble around as a woman on her own arriving in the dark. The numbers on the lock are very difficult to see as even with using the torch on my phone. When I did manage to line up the numbers the lock itself was then difficult to open and I thought I wasn’t going to get in. It eventually turned but I hurt my finger in the process. New lock solution needed. I had the same difficulties at check out and had to give up on the lock and just post the keys.

Locatie op loopafstand van het centrum. Appartement ruim en comfortabel.

Parkeerprobleem: Helaas bleek de parkeerpas niet aanwezig te zijn. De host kon hier niet in voorzien waardoor wij met veel moeite gebruik moesten maken van de schaarse dure parkeerplaatsen in de straat. Dit gaf veel stress. De host zei toe dat Arca Properties onze parkeerkosten zou vergoeden. Hierover hebben we de afgelopen weken ettelijke keren correspondentie gevoerd. Telkens werd ons vriendelijk toegezegd dat het bedrag zou worden overgemaakt, maar dat is tot onze ergernis tot op dit moment nog steeds niet gebeurd. Gehorig appartement - muziek van de buren was duidelijk te horen.

Large apartment in a great location, a short walk to the city centre. Clean and comfortable, well furnished and with a nice shower. Wifi and Netflix worked well. I didn't spend a lot of time in it but it appeared to have everything you'd need for a nice stay.

It was ok in May with the windows open but I think it would probably feel quite hot in the summer without a/c.

Net appartement

Betaald parkeren, terwijl juist vrij parkeren was vermeld. Geen personeel, dus alles moet duidelijk worden met filmpjes, heel ingewikkeld. Toegangscode wordt niet per mail, maar op het laatste moment verstuurd.

Locatie is prima. Verder schoon en netjes.

Zeer gehorig appartement net buiten het centrum. Harde bedden en erg formele en dwingende manier van communicatie. Bovenburen zijn de hele nacht luidruchtig. Verder prima locatie.

The stay was comfortable and apartment was spacious.

The Facilities in the room can be improved.
